With the capture of Verandi Farley and several high-ranking Trossach members, the British wizarding world has finally caught a break. The rate of rogue werewolf attacks have started dropping at a steady rate and, hopefully, things will stay that way. The Ministry is starting to loosen some restrictions, like not arresting werewolves standing on the street for loitering, however there’s still an obvious power imbalance between wizardfolk and werewolves.
The Cotswolds pack are continuing to advocate for the rights of werewolves and petitioning to change the legislation that has been set in motion by the current Minister for Magic, whilst the remaining Trossachs members are trying to stay out of the spotlight and keep a low profile… for now.
Whilst the British wizarding world seems to have calmed down, the same cannot be said for over in Northern Europe where a rebellion of magical creatures has risen. The state of things has gotten so bad that the European Ministry has enacted protocols to protect those under eighteen whilst their adult witches and wizards fight to keep control of their countries.
Students from Durmstrang have been sent to Hogwarts to keep them safe and those not old enough to attend school have been sent to live with relatives or designated British Ministry officials outside of Europe for the time being.
Will the low rates of werewolf attacks in Britain continue? How long will Durmstrang students stay at Hogwarts? Will the creatures usurp the wizardfolk in Northern Europe? Only time will tell.
SEPTEMBER 2019 It's been a very long, eventful summer in the wizarding world. A baby was stolen, several high ranking Trossach members were imprisoned, and werewolf attacks have drastically dropped as a result. What will happen now school has returned?
MAY 2019 An attempt to capture the beta of the Trossachs has been launched. Were the Aurors successful in their mission? Go read more here!
Cooper had been relieved that Dio was willing to meet at the White Wyvern because they would be returning back to school. And they would have to worry about people listening, and Cooper couldn't have that one bit because of his status as prefect. And if his parents found out then he would be dead but something that had to be done to the Hufflepuff beater and the team in general. Since there was no excuse for taking half the team out and he had been worried.
He had picked a day he knew Lyra wasn't working for him to meet with Dio, because that was a risk. So Cooper had been waiting in the bar hoping that he was right about his sister being off. Since her eyes would be watching him the entire time. And Cooper didn't need anything getting back to Ari or anyone. So he sat in the back of the pub and waited for Dio to arrive hoping he would get flaked.
Dio needed this. It wasn’t just about the revenge. Obviously he was pissed at the entire Slytherin and Hufflepuff team for what happened. And it was known Dio enjoyed putting people in tight positions. But the true cherry on the cake was doing this with nobody else than Narro. The blonde had always suspected the Slytherin prefect to hide his true colours and now they were confirmed. Getting to work on this with someone who usually lectured him on smoking in the common room was highly amusing. This knowledge gave him a sense of power. Oh he wouldn’t tell a soul. It was way more fun watching people be clueless while he knew what was really going on.
So he ended up agreeing to this, trying his best to keep his cool and not show any excitement. Dio entered the pub with a lighted self rolled cigarette in his mouth. Getting two beers wasn’t hard in this pub. They were always nice to neighbourhood kids.He spotted the older boy and walked over. “Shit don’t look so tense. We’re just two lads from school hanging out. Chill man,” he rolled his eyes and put the beer in front of Mr. spoiled. “How do you like it? My side of town?” He started as if it was just a casual meet up, wanting to ease the tension before getting to business.

Cooper didn't feel like getting flaked by Dio today, and had been watching from the back of the pub. Hoping that none of his sister's lackey's were watching over the Slytherin. Since he didn't need that and a smirk had come across his face when he saw Dio enter in the pub. The Slytherin just hoped that no one was watching over him, since that would ruin the entire operation and he didn't fucking need that.
When Dio had come over holding two beers, the Slytherin let out a smirk there was nothing better than beer from Diagon Alley. Even if his sister had been one of the people who brewed this drinks, and when Dio spoke Cooper gave him a glare. "I'm sorry, but you do realize that we are in my sister's workplace right. And were damn lucky she is off today." he said in a hushed tone taking the beer. Before taking a sip of his drink, and sitting back in the table. The Slytherin didn't go into the White Wyvern much because it just wasn't his place to go. Even if he enjoyed shopping at the many shops that came with Knockturn Alley. "And I certainly hope she doesn't have her lachey's watching over this conversation right now." he said with a sigh on his face.
There were other places they could have met, but Cooper knew this was needed, and when Dio asked if he liked this side of town. "It's delightful, but the only thing it has going are the shops. I just don't like that there are people my sister knows, and I am already in trouble. But it definitely suits you, this part of town does." he said in a sarcastic tone. And he decided to give a smirk, "But we are here for business. And I have to say if it wasn't for being a place where my sister worked. The place is rather charming," he said giving him an smirk.
“This is your sister’s place?” Dio arched an eyebrow an shuddered. “Man why did you have to tell me? You ruined my to go to pub. Now everytime I come here I think of school again. Ugh,” he groaned and for that he took a large sip from the beer. “Damn right we’re lucky she is off. I swear if she’d ask if I was a school friend of yours I’d punch the both of you in the face. Let me get this clear. We are business partners, not friends. I’ll neve be friends with the likes of you,” he reminded the stuck up Slytherin. Dio only tolerated him because they had the same problem to deal with. After this, he didn’t want to hang out with Mr. Perfect Prefect ever again. “If you start to notice we can always find a hidden alley to discuss matters. I’ll only make us look like drug dealers,” he joked on the last part.
“Hmm… Who knows perhaps your sister hired me to keep an eye on you too,” he teased the other Slytherin with a grin. Dio was no lacky, he wouldn’t pick up shit jobs like that. Folding his hands together it was time to get to business. “Yes there are two matters we have to deal with. One is training our own team and making sure we don’t lose another game. Secondly is get back on those badgers.”

The male had been going over in his head all that Lyra would do to him if she knew of it. Nodding at Dio,s comment, he clearly didn't see genetics. "It's not her place, she's just a bartender. But she's respected enough her, Lyra rather be a model." he said with a sigh, a girl who only ever wanted to succeed in life and make a life for Cole. "Oh Lyra won't be knowing about this, and don't be too shocked. She's just as irresponsible as you Greyback. " he said with a dark chuckle, but it was true. They'd be a perfect match if he cared for girls who slept around alot. "It's not my sister too talk with students. If she knew you were a student she wouldn't be serving you. And you probably saw her. Hot girl with hair and eyes like me, and that's here. If you can't tell us Narros look kind of alike." he said with a smirk. It wouldn't hurt to see Dio get mad, but Lyra would put him in his place.
His sister had fire, and he looked up to her for that, and would die for her. When he threatened to punch his sister if found out. "You lay on a hand on my sister, and I will make it my job to get you expelled. Got it?" he sneered, no one touched his sister. Dio was lucky that Cooper didn't do that. Because he didn't care in the slightest.
They were only working together, because Cooper felt that Dio was perfect for the job. "You got that right, I don't befriend the less fortunate. Although I have to say you are better than most people of your kind." he said with a condescending smirk. The male was an ass and he rolled his eyes. He better not be one of Lyra's spies, and he said. "Wouldn't be the first time she made deals with the likes of you." he said giving him a smirk. The scum flocked to Lyra that was true, and it's why she got pregnant by Tobias Jermyn.
Taking a sip of his beer, Cooper listened to Dio, "Agreed, and if you'd like I can have my parents hire some big shot Quidditch coaches to help us. And we need to get them all out. Although we both know there is only one fucking badger we gotta get out, and that's the beater. Who I want to see off the pitch, because we know she broke rules." he said with a glare hoping he made sense.
