With the capture of Verandi Farley and several high-ranking Trossach members, the British wizarding world has finally caught a break. The rate of rogue werewolf attacks have started dropping at a steady rate and, hopefully, things will stay that way. The Ministry is starting to loosen some restrictions, like not arresting werewolves standing on the street for loitering, however there’s still an obvious power imbalance between wizardfolk and werewolves.
The Cotswolds pack are continuing to advocate for the rights of werewolves and petitioning to change the legislation that has been set in motion by the current Minister for Magic, whilst the remaining Trossachs members are trying to stay out of the spotlight and keep a low profile… for now.
Whilst the British wizarding world seems to have calmed down, the same cannot be said for over in Northern Europe where a rebellion of magical creatures has risen. The state of things has gotten so bad that the European Ministry has enacted protocols to protect those under eighteen whilst their adult witches and wizards fight to keep control of their countries.
Students from Durmstrang have been sent to Hogwarts to keep them safe and those not old enough to attend school have been sent to live with relatives or designated British Ministry officials outside of Europe for the time being.
Will the low rates of werewolf attacks in Britain continue? How long will Durmstrang students stay at Hogwarts? Will the creatures usurp the wizardfolk in Northern Europe? Only time will tell.
SEPTEMBER 2019 It's been a very long, eventful summer in the wizarding world. A baby was stolen, several high ranking Trossach members were imprisoned, and werewolf attacks have drastically dropped as a result. What will happen now school has returned?
MAY 2019 An attempt to capture the beta of the Trossachs has been launched. Were the Aurors successful in their mission? Go read more here!

Mavican was playing daredevil but she had to. This was her shot at showing her entire team what she could do and that she was leadership material as well as skilled enough to outdo them all. The redhead rolled her wrist with the bat in it and hit a bludger towards the keeper with a not at Wolfgang.
"Great minds think alike!" She shouted in return and hit the bludger that came after him away towards the keeper as well.
Arielle had been watching the goals as everything was gong on, and watchng as Mavican had been attempting to get Matt. Which she had hoped would end up happening, because she wanted to see Ravenclaw n and she didn't want to face off with her brother. Even if she believed that she had been better than Cooper. Because she was the better player and not a complete asshole on the Quidditch pitch.
After hearing a klunk, Ari saw that her cousin had been hit with two bludgers and she let out a smirk. "Yikes." but they needed to win there was no lie. But that wasn't her focus because she needed to watch the goal and hoped that none of the Gryffindors would succeed in scoring and she would feel like shit if that didn't happen.
Doing her best to ignore all the chaos, Ari had watched intently the goals, and when she saw Mattheus Delgado flying her way. She narrowed her eyes at him, and when he shot for the left goal post. The witch flew straight down and caught the ball. Giving him a smirk, not caring, because she was going to do her best to get the goal.
With the quaffle in her hand, Ari threw the quaffle towards one of the Ravenclaw chasers to try and score.

"Yes, Ari! Great save!" Emil cried, heading back for Ravenclaw's side of the pitch once more. If he'd been closer, he would have given the small Keeper a high five, but as that was difficult to do in the air, he settled for getting into position to catch the Quaffle from her. Matheus was looking to be the biggest threat to Ravenclaw's chances, attempting goals one after another. Who said you can't play well on a school broom? Emil thought to himself, glancing down at his own Hogwarts broomstick. But he and his teammates would have to do even better than the Brazilian, especially if the Gryffindor Seeker made it back into the game before Casey could catch the Snitch. (And, hopefully, avoid even more of the comments from Mat that made Emil feel all sorts of strange things.)
He caught the Quaffle from Ari readily, flipping around to check his path to the goalposts again. Past all three of their Chasers and their Keeper... He began to weave through the other brooms, hoping to spot a teammate he could pass to before someone could figure out how to steal the ball from him.
"Wolfgang, get ready!" he called out, seeing the other boy hovering further down the pitch. With a long arc, he tossed the Quaffle right at Wolfgang's chest.

Any port in a storm
You try and mask your pain in the most postmodern way
You lack substance when you say Something like, "Oh, what a shame"
It's just a self-referential way
That stops you havin' to be human

WORDs:
The Quaffle was flying back and forth, from one player to another, changing its direction almost as fast a snitch. One moment Wolfgang was watching Matheus propel it towards his team's hoops, the next -- Emil was throwing it right at him.
It was a long pass and Wolfgang had to change his course drastically, as Emil had underestimated the distance between them. To catch the Quaffle, Wolfgang had to stand up, stretching out as far as he could, his legs wobbling as the hooks on the back of his broom became his only foothold. The Quaffle brushed against his fingers -- almost -- got it!
He pressed the ball to his chest like a small child grasps its favorite toy and settled back on his broom. Sweat had broken out on his forehead and his legs felt odd, but he had to press on. He passed the Quaffle to the third Ravenclaw chaser, then received a pass back and threw it at the hoops.
He'd been practicing his spinning shot for months, but he could never quite figure out the intricacies, so now he hoped that the Quaffle would take a sharp turn and confuse the Keeper.

Levi continued to watch he game in front of him, it was basically his job and he actually quite liked it. The dark haired guy was listening to the ground around him and when Leo Jordan sister made a comment about him he couldn't help but chuckle under his breath. Leo was a good player but it was funny listening to others make plays and what not from the audience even if they weren't in the game itself. The Gryffindor watched as Wolfgang was flying towards him with the Quaffle, he was doing to nice trick and Levi had to admit it was really good, he kept his eyes on the Quaffle itself and not the player. When the Quaffle released in the air towards his team's hoops, he flew but when the Quaffle curved in another direction towards the furthest hoop, Levi sped towards the hoop to block the Quaffle.
He was riding so fast that he had managed to flip his broom when he was close to the Quaffle. When he was right side up and balanced, he seen he had in fact caught the Quaffle! The Gryffindor grinned before looking for someone with an opening. He saw the Ravenclaw who had thrown the Quaffle watching him and he looked around for his teammates and threw it to the one person who was actually opened. "Matt! Catch!" He watched as the Quaffle went towards his fellow teammate.
Leo wanted to kick himself. If any one game was important, it was this one. He had to show his very best. And what did he do? He didn't get in position for their keeper to pass safely toward him, resulting in Gryffindor to lose the Quaffle. He'd wanted to impress them, impress his sister too. The mistake and the pressure shook his concentration considerably. Enough for him to be always a step behind the play, catching up too late with the chaser he was covering, before he finally managed to pull himself together.
Still being behind his team mates, he flew slightly behind and underneath Mat, who had caught the quaffle (successfully). "Drop!" he called, informing his team mate that if he encountered opposition, he could drop or reverse pass the Quaffle and Leo would catch it. He hoped to make up for his inattentiveness by scoring some goals already!

Emil kept his eyes fixed on Leo as Mat took the Quaffle, speeding up to fly next to him, ready to cover him if Mat tried to pass the ball to him. With the Gryffindor Keeper making yet another save, they'd need many more goals to make the game a sure win. He really wanted to make it to the final game this year, since it was his last year--winning the Quidditch Cup would be an awesome end to his time at Hogwarts. It would be a great burst of inspiration to finish his exams well, and an occasion for lots of celebration. And then he'd be applying for a job at the Ministry, and probably moving into his own place... There was a lot to do.
But to get to that final game in the first place, he needed to get the Quaffle back. Hovering close to Leo, Emil willed his broom to give him a burst of speed, just enough to get in between Mat and Leo. As Leo yelled for Mat to drop the ball towards him, Emil reached out his arm as far as it would go, hoping it would land in his hand instead of the Gryffindor's.

Catching the Quaffle that was thrown to him by Levi who was doing a stellar job of guarding the goals, Matheus heard Leo's voice down beneath him (unfortunately, the boy wasn't underneath him... maybe later), calling for him to drop the ball. But before he moved, there was a flash of blue and bronze that said somebody else was preparing to steal the ball.
Matheus wasn't stupid, despite Hogwarts' popular opinion, and so he sped up instead, shooting towards the goals and throwing the ball towards the right one this time. They desperately needed one so he bloody hoped this one got in.

Nicolas loved Quidditch. He listened to all games on the school radio and had any magazines he could afford(most 2nd handed). Did he mention he loved quidditch? Nicolas wanted nothing more than to play the game himself. He was pretty decent at it however when people started watching him, he would fumble and look like an idiot. So he never made it to the team. Maybe one day when he could control his nerves.
His big brother Matheus played for the Gryffindor team. Which made it hard for him to decide which house to root for. Nico eventually decided to paint the colours of each house on each cheek and wave little flags he made. One Ravenclaw and one Gryffindor. "Come on guy you can do it. Whoohoo!" The little ball of curls cheered his house on when they hit bludgers in the direction of the Gryffindor keeper. Meanwhile his own brother was attempting a score. "GO MAT!" He waved the Gryffindor flag and watched the game with tension and excitement in his eyes. MATHEUS DELGADO

Levi watched the game in front of him, he saw that Matheus caught the Quaffle and he was hoping and praying they got at least a goal. It sucked that their seeker was out of commission for the time being. Levi was getting anxious, he wanted to win this game so bad but it was going to be kinda hard when it came to winning, if only Matthew hadn't gotten hit and was still there to help them win. Levi continued to focus.
Due to the quaffle not being blocked in time, a random roll of the dice was generated. MATHEUS DELGADO scored. The game is now tied at 10-10 and the quaffle is up for grabs.

No! None of them had been able to block in time, not even the Keeper. Now the game was tied, and Gryffindor was playing harder than ever with their Seeker still out. Emil really hoped the other boy would be alright, but he was sure the matron had it under control. It had to be less stressful than healing all of them after the ball, right? And that had gone well enough, though he still felt like his leg was a little weaker than it was before. It was a good thing that he only had to sit on the broom to play Quidditch. Over the break, maybe he could rest it a bit, though he was sure he'd have to help out around the store somewhat back home. Right now, he had a game to win.
He swooped down below the goalposts to grab the Quaffle, needing to grab it before Mat or anyone else could realize it was open. Swinging back around the goalpost, he tucked the ball under his arm, holding it fast. He may have had a school broom, but he could make it across the pitch before anyone else--he hoped. Looking around, he couldn't see either of the other two Chasers being open--he'd have to go for the goal himself again. Heading for the highest goalpost, he threw the ball as hard as he could.
Yes! They scored! He was happy that Ravenclaw had no chance of scoring another goal to get to twenty and leaving them at zero. It was all tied up and Gryffindor needed to score another goal to keep the pace going. Levi didn't care how it happened he wanted Gryffindor to win this game, he was taken from his thoughts when he seen Emil from Ravenclaw with the Quaffle, seeing that no one from his team was open Emil flew towards him with the intention of scoring another goal. Levi was ready, he was going to not disappoint his team, when Emil threw the Quaffle Levi caught it with ease since it wasn't thrown as hard as the others. Levi smirked before throwing it to the first Gryffindor chaser he saw open which happened to be Leo Jordan.
