With the capture of Verandi Farley and several high-ranking Trossach members, the British wizarding world has finally caught a break. The rate of rogue werewolf attacks have started dropping at a steady rate and, hopefully, things will stay that way. The Ministry is starting to loosen some restrictions, like not arresting werewolves standing on the street for loitering, however there’s still an obvious power imbalance between wizardfolk and werewolves.
The Cotswolds pack are continuing to advocate for the rights of werewolves and petitioning to change the legislation that has been set in motion by the current Minister for Magic, whilst the remaining Trossachs members are trying to stay out of the spotlight and keep a low profile… for now.
Whilst the British wizarding world seems to have calmed down, the same cannot be said for over in Northern Europe where a rebellion of magical creatures has risen. The state of things has gotten so bad that the European Ministry has enacted protocols to protect those under eighteen whilst their adult witches and wizards fight to keep control of their countries.
Students from Durmstrang have been sent to Hogwarts to keep them safe and those not old enough to attend school have been sent to live with relatives or designated British Ministry officials outside of Europe for the time being.
Will the low rates of werewolf attacks in Britain continue? How long will Durmstrang students stay at Hogwarts? Will the creatures usurp the wizardfolk in Northern Europe? Only time will tell.
SEPTEMBER 2019 It's been a very long, eventful summer in the wizarding world. A baby was stolen, several high ranking Trossach members were imprisoned, and werewolf attacks have drastically dropped as a result. What will happen now school has returned?
MAY 2019 An attempt to capture the beta of the Trossachs has been launched. Were the Aurors successful in their mission? Go read more here!
For the past couple of weeks, she had been tormented by one of the seventh year Slytherin's for an unknown reason. Sure, he had been doing this for the past couple of years but it just gotten worse when the year started and she had no idea why. She hadn't reported it to the professors, or even to her mother who'd probably go after the school if she knew of the abuse Casey goes through every other day. The only people she had told was Finn and her brother Patrick who had witnessed some of it the other day. This afternoon though, Casey had enough of Ozzy's crap and went after him herself, but it was a bad idea.
He had a couple of his friends jump her, and kick her while she was down and just called them off to leave her bleeding in a section of the castle. Ozzy wasn't around, he knew that he could get himself in trouble if he laid a hand on her and he just let his friends had their fun after she tried to get his attention.
Tears rolled down her cheeks as she found an empty chair in the North Wing and coughed a bit. Perhaps that wasn't the best idea she had all day.
Bruises covered her face, and she knew she was bleeding.

Scorpius was a bit annoyed. Girls had been arguing about teaming with him in a class and he didn't want it, he didn't need that drama so the boy just decided to walk off and try to forget about them. Scorpius didn't like girls, they were weird and annoying. The boy walked up the north wing and frowned when he heard commotion.
Before he knew it a lot of guys passed him by and did he spot blood on their hands? No it couldn't be. Scorpius curiously walked into the place they left and cocked his head a bit when he saw a person in pain.
"Oh wow, do you need a nurse? You need a nurse!" he looked around and ran towards the person.
Hot tears rolled down her cheeks when she heard a voice nearby, and she wanted to get up, walk off but she knew that if she got up, she'd collapse down in pain. She knew damn well a couple of things were broken, and she can taste blood in her mouth. The girl had closed her eyes for a few moments, trying to take some even breaths but it was hurting to breathe. Those morons did a number on her, and left her to die somewhere in the castle?! Luckily for her, she heard someone running towards her. And it sounded like a little kid. A first year? Second year? She had no idea.
"Ca-can you lower your voice?" she said in between breaths as she opened her eye to look at the blonde boy near her. A Slytherin kid. "H-here to finish the job?" Okay, maybe it was a wrong question but he was in the same house as those jerks who did this to her. She didn't trust many snakes.

Scorpius never really knew what to do in situations like these. He never saw someone hurt before the way this girl was hurt and she needed the hospital wing, fast. The boy moved a bit closer, he was scared but the girl needed help and he needed to help his friend didn't he? The boy frowned for a moment as she asked him to lower his voice.
Did he squeak?
"Sorry.." he apologized quickly and didn't know if she needed his help with anything. "Finish what? I won't hurt you.." he said and made a face, that thought would now never leave his mind. He wasn't a bad guy.
Casey kept her eyes on the young boy, and figured he wouldn't harm her. She had seen him around the castle, and seemed like a sweet kid but she also saw around Ozzy Tyrell. Of course those two happened to be in the same house, she didn't blame them being near each other. Maybe she should just take his help instead of telling him to back off. It wouldn't be nice, and she did need the help. The hospital wing was ways away, and she had no idea if she would be able to make it there. There was a few breaths from the girl, and she held onto her side as she eyed the boy.
"Th-they jumped me..." she admitted and went to turn her head but winced a bit. She hoped they weren't near her to finish her off. "Don't worry about reporting them, kid. Le-let them enjoy this victory." she said as she attempted to sit up a bit and winced from the pain.

Scorpius wasn't a bully. He knew other kids in his house were often either bullied or bullies themselves but he wasn't one of either side. The white haired boy took off his cloak and handed it to Casey to cover her up a bit, keep her warm. He wasn't sure how to help much but when she told him they jumped her he just felt really bad. He took a flower from his cloak pocket and handed it to Casey as well.
"I am sorry that they did that to you. You seem like a nice person miss." he told her kindly and looked around to see if there was anyone nearby. He wasn't going to let her get bullied even when he is only twelve years old. The boy frowned and looked her over.
"Mum and Dad taught me a thing or two whenever I was in trouble." he said and smiled a bit. "I can get the nurse to you." he said and took his wand out. He told his wand where they were and that they needed help from the nurse and then sent the flare.
Casey planned on getting her revenge on these assholes soon enough, and already wanted to tell her teammate about what happened. This was Ozzy's doing, and she was going to end his victory once and for all once she's healed up. The things she can do, she can ruin his life and embarrass him in front of his peers. But for now she was stuck in a corridor with a sweet Slytherin boy who seemed to be harmless. All she did was make a face at him as she eyed the robe as he put it over her and she closed her eyes for a moment. Goddamn she was tired.
"Just keep me awake. Talk to me." she said as she kept her eyes closed, moving a bit with a groan. "What is your name?" she asked, opening her eyes and looked at him.

Scorpius was kind of scared, he usually didn't talk to girls but she was not a girly girl. The boy looked at Casey and bit his lip. Scorpius was told to keep her awake and he looked at the time. "But it's not bedtime yet." he said in confusion and tried to reach out for Casey but he also didn't want to hurt her.
"Y-you need to be awake, someone is coming, I know it." he said and got a bit nervous. The last thing he needed was her to die on him, he would hate to have that trauma on his brain.
"W-what are your hobbies?" he asked before she asked his name.
The pain was unbearable, but Casey can manage a little bit. Perhaps she should have attempted to get up, walk to the hospital wing. Chances of her collapsing on the way there were high, and she didn’t want that. She had to believe someone was coming, to help them both because the last thing she wanted was to traumatize the young boy if she were to die. No, she didn’t believe she was going to die here.
”I’-I’m the seeker for Ravenclaw…” she mumbled as she looked at him before trying to move. ”I cli-climb trees during my spare time…” she hissed.

It was hard not to panic when it came to watching a girl bleed and be beaten to a point of her almost fainting. What if she died? What if she dies before someone comes to help! Scorpius listened to her, she told him her hobbies and he smiled. "Those are really cool." he told her and then there were the footsteps of heels coming closer until the potions professor approached the both of them.
Ariella rushed towards the two students and looked at little Scorpius first. "Go to your dorm mr. Malfoy." she said and waved him off. The boy got up, nodded and ran for it.
Ariella then turned towards Casey. "Hey don't worry I am getting you to the hospital wing. You will be levitated into the air to avoid anything happen to you on our way there." she said and grabbed her wand.
This was messy as hell.
