With the capture of Verandi Farley and several high-ranking Trossach members, the British wizarding world has finally caught a break. The rate of rogue werewolf attacks have started dropping at a steady rate and, hopefully, things will stay that way. The Ministry is starting to loosen some restrictions, like not arresting werewolves standing on the street for loitering, however there’s still an obvious power imbalance between wizardfolk and werewolves.
The Cotswolds pack are continuing to advocate for the rights of werewolves and petitioning to change the legislation that has been set in motion by the current Minister for Magic, whilst the remaining Trossachs members are trying to stay out of the spotlight and keep a low profile… for now.
Whilst the British wizarding world seems to have calmed down, the same cannot be said for over in Northern Europe where a rebellion of magical creatures has risen. The state of things has gotten so bad that the European Ministry has enacted protocols to protect those under eighteen whilst their adult witches and wizards fight to keep control of their countries.
Students from Durmstrang have been sent to Hogwarts to keep them safe and those not old enough to attend school have been sent to live with relatives or designated British Ministry officials outside of Europe for the time being.
Will the low rates of werewolf attacks in Britain continue? How long will Durmstrang students stay at Hogwarts? Will the creatures usurp the wizardfolk in Northern Europe? Only time will tell.
SEPTEMBER 2019 It's been a very long, eventful summer in the wizarding world. A baby was stolen, several high ranking Trossach members were imprisoned, and werewolf attacks have drastically dropped as a result. What will happen now school has returned?
MAY 2019 An attempt to capture the beta of the Trossachs has been launched. Were the Aurors successful in their mission? Go read more here!

Dallas had been working his ass off for hours now and for what really? to see his sister whenever he could sneak off? For protection? Dallas let out a sigh as he tossed a bag with whatever the fuck was in it under the counter and was told to clean the glasses though there were no customers and the glasses were already clean.
"Sure." he grumbled as his co worker left off to do whatever and left Dallas on his own. The boy didn't mind, this was his life now. He heard the little bell of someone entering the bar and let out a sigh.
"What do you want?" he asked though he legally wasn't allowed to give out drinks, there was no one else her to do the job for him and he wasn't stupid.
Summer was ending which meant soon Dio would have to wave goodbye to his freedom. The blonde boy left his uncle’s shop to go to the nearest pub just a couple of shops further. Living in Knockturn had its perks. This might be the only place in wizarding London where they sold alcohol to minors. Which was one of the reasons he liked. Most importantly of course was that it had a familiar sense to it. He’d been coming here since he was only a kid.
He’d been lucky his mum wasn’t home today. As he wasn’t looking forward to another training. Looking at the still healing burn marks on his wrist made him hiss. He hoped they wouldn’t scar. But his mum said letting them heal naturally and not by magic was an important step in becoming stronger.
Like every other day, he entered the place but this time he saw a new face. “A pint of stout,” he said sitting down at the bar. His eyes glancing at the young man that didn’t look much older than himself. “Haven’t seen you behind the bar yet,” he said as he searched for his pack of cigarettes.

Dallas could care less about the law, there were no cops here and honestly his co worker was probably sleeping off a hangover or whatever his problem was so here Dallas was pouring a drink for the blonde boy he hardly recognized as an adult or a regular.
Was this a student? Why the hell would they come here? Dallas handed him the beer and cocked his head a bit. "I know. I usually don't do the bar work." he admitted and shrugged his shoulders.
"What are you doing in a hellhole like this?" he asked being too curious of what this guy actually tried to accomplish drinking in this place.
Dio arched an eyebrow pausing a moment in his searching of the cigarette pack. “Wow, dude. Don't you call the street I grew up in a hellhole,” he shook his head at the guy. Finding his pack, the blonde grinned. A cigarette would really taste good right now. “I know, it is hard to believe that someone as handsome as me was born here. But you've got to believe me, sweetheart,” he blew out a cloud of smoke at the bartender and grinned in a filthy way.
His eyes ran over the bartender. Spotting some scars the guy tried to hide. Dio had eye for them obviously. Oh how he envied this lad for being a chosen one. “Nice scars, pal,” he pointed at the tiny bit that was sticking from the bartender's sleeve. “Are you one of my brother's pack?” His tone was a lot friendlier after he spotted the scars. “I have to say I'm quite jealous. But my day will come.” he took his glass and cheered on the downfall of wizardkind.

"Just never noticed you before here." he added and just cleaned some glasses while the boy lit up a cigarette. Dallas wished he could light one up but sadly his boss caught him trying once and he got yelled at, if he wasn't in desperate need of a job he wouldn't have taken the shouting and yelling.
"Sure whatever you say dude." he didn't like being called a sweetheart, did he look like the most common barmaid to him? The boy huffed a bit and rose his eyebrow when he followed the blonde's gaze towards his arm.
"What?" he eyed his arm and sighed a bit. Yeah his shoulder bite was not something he was proud off but this guy was actually acting like he was amazing for being a monster.
"No I am just me.." he said and poured himself a drink, god knows he needed one.
"You want.. to be a wolf? Why not ask your brother?" he asked and cocked his head.
“Hmm.. Figures. Want me to ring you next time I’m in? Will probably have to wait a couple of months, tho,” he shrugged. Dio had school most of the year unfortunately. Surrounded by privileged people who grew up in the nicer parts of the country. Dio wasn’t sad one bit he grew up here however. It’d made him strong.
Seeing the oh so familiar scars made Dio smirk like a madman. It brought him back to his destiny. If he could convince this dude to join his brother, perhaps it brought him closer to become worthy. “Yes! You’re granted with the gift of the moon, my friend,” he looked at the guy with a rare friendly face. “But a wolf should never be alone. A lone wolf dies but thrives in the pack. If you want me to, I could introduce you to my brother. He can help you out with some basic stuff and give you a brotherhood,” he whispered so the other customers didn’t hear their conversation.
“I do,” he said and finished his cigarette. “But I still have to prove myself worthy. Because of the current stupid law, I need to finish school first. Then I’ll fight the evil that runs in the Ministry.”DALLAS REID,

Dallas didn't like his werewolf curse, mostly because it keeps him away from his siblings. The boy wanted to be with Morgan and his brother, not here in this hellhole working for scraps like he was a beggar. The boy sighed a bit and cleaned some glasses while he listened to the other boy. He seemed overly fond of werewolves and called this a blessing.
"I just need my sister to be safe." he sighed and eyed the boy with a frown. "Can your brotherhood guarantee the safety of my siblings?" he asked him curiously. Truth be told he just wanted to have his family back and not being able to to go school stopped him.
"My sister is in school with you.. so is my little brother." he told him and frowned.
"I'd go back but their stupid rules just.. it's unfair." he sighed.
Dio noticed the other boy sigh. It made him reach out to him and squeeze his wrist despite being a total stranger. “Hey, I see you have doubt about your gift. Don’t worry, one day you’ll see how great the power inside you is. The mundane humans just try to suppress those like you because they’re afraid of true power and beauty. One day they’ll bow down to those like you,” he reassured the bartender with a supportive smile before letting him go. Hopefully that day would be sooner than expected. Currently the time was terrible for those with the blessing.
He looked at the boy when he mentioned his sister. “As long as you or your family don’t give them any reason on why they’d want to hurt them… I see no problem. The wolves aren’t the bad guys. They don’t slaughter entire families out of fear. That’s what the Ministry does…” His blue eyes turned dark and bitter. How many wolves had died at the hands of the so called ‘heroes’. “I can watch your siblings at school. But you’ll have to talk to the pack. Safest option is that your siblings will also be gifted and join after they’ve graduated. Because sadly the school doesn’t accept people like you. They’re afraid because the school made a mistake dozens of innocent children like yourself are denied proper education. It’s unfair. But after the war is won, nobody has to miss school anymore.”

The boy touching his wrist made Dallas raise his eyebrow, he didn't like to be touched by strangers. Especially a wolf fanatic who seemed like he was basically a male fangirl about it all. Dallas listened to him and though the whole gift thing sounded nuts, he was very convinced that this guy believed every single word he preached.
"I know they're scared but I just want to see my sister." he sighed and though it sounded like a kid wanting candy, his twin sister meant the world to him. His jaw clenched when the boy said that his sister and brother should be turned. Oh hell no.
"Morgan wouldn't be able to handle it.. she is going through enough as it is." he sighed and frowned for a moment.
Dio nodded, his blonde hair moving from behind his ears and covered his eyes. “Family is important. No matter what happens remember to stay true to them,” he told the guys. Family was all he had in this world of lies. In some way everyone was the same. Human or wolf. One day, Dio told himself. One day he’d be worthy of his family’s acceptance.
“It doesn’t have to happen now. I’m not gifted either. It’s wisest to wait after graduation considering the current circumstances,” he said calmly. The brainwashing really worked well on this poor boy. Even Dio couldn’t get through to him.
“His name is Tyr, he is the leader of the Trossachs Pack. The true pack that fights for liberation. There is another but they’d be content with being the wizards’ slaves,” he spit on the floor at that last part. “Remember the wizards and witches do not fear the wolf. They fear the wild within. Because they cannot control it.” DALLAS REID,
