With the capture of Verandi Farley and several high-ranking Trossach members, the British wizarding world has finally caught a break. The rate of rogue werewolf attacks have started dropping at a steady rate and, hopefully, things will stay that way. The Ministry is starting to loosen some restrictions, like not arresting werewolves standing on the street for loitering, however there’s still an obvious power imbalance between wizardfolk and werewolves.
The Cotswolds pack are continuing to advocate for the rights of werewolves and petitioning to change the legislation that has been set in motion by the current Minister for Magic, whilst the remaining Trossachs members are trying to stay out of the spotlight and keep a low profile… for now.
Whilst the British wizarding world seems to have calmed down, the same cannot be said for over in Northern Europe where a rebellion of magical creatures has risen. The state of things has gotten so bad that the European Ministry has enacted protocols to protect those under eighteen whilst their adult witches and wizards fight to keep control of their countries.
Students from Durmstrang have been sent to Hogwarts to keep them safe and those not old enough to attend school have been sent to live with relatives or designated British Ministry officials outside of Europe for the time being.
Will the low rates of werewolf attacks in Britain continue? How long will Durmstrang students stay at Hogwarts? Will the creatures usurp the wizardfolk in Northern Europe? Only time will tell.
SEPTEMBER 2019 It's been a very long, eventful summer in the wizarding world. A baby was stolen, several high ranking Trossach members were imprisoned, and werewolf attacks have drastically dropped as a result. What will happen now school has returned?
MAY 2019 An attempt to capture the beta of the Trossachs has been launched. Were the Aurors successful in their mission? Go read more here!

Tomorrow his blasted portkey would bring him back to the streets of London, thank god. This little village wasn’t suited for people like him. He didn’t blend in well and was told not to sleep on the benches the past two days at least eight times. Screw them. Seeing Hogwarts in the distance, the place where he wanted to be most didn’t do well for his mood. However a quick fix would solve his problems. He’d just have to keep himself entertained for a few more hours.
And Tobias had the best idea ever. He felt like throwing rotten tomatoes to the castle because 1: it was hilarious. And 2: laughing would make him feel better. Entering the Three Broomsticks he went straight to the bar. “Yo, why don’t you give me all your rotten fruit and vegetables. You cannot sell them anymore but I need them really badly,” he asked the bartender who returned him a confused look. Still the guy went back to check with the cook. “Oh why don’t you also poor me a beer, thanks handsome,” he winked at the lad.
Oh perhaps he could have a quick shag before returning back to the streets of London. There were plenty of people around his age here, now it was weekend. Licking his lips, Tobias tried to make himself look somewhat presentable. Now the stuff was kicking in, Tobias got into a good mood. The youngman hummed a song and danced a little on his own while checking out the crowd. He was about to approach a cute girl sitting with another hot friend when his eyes fell on a trio. For a second his mind couldn’t progress what he was seeing. Hadn’t he been high, the ex-Gryffindor would’ve ran away.
Now it seemed like the chance of his life to have a good time. “Hey there beautiful people. Got room for one more?” The curly haired young man winked at his old friends. Damn they grew up to be fiiinnnee. “Bet you all thought I’d be dead by now, huh?” He grinned seeing them again. "Look at you, you've all grown so tall. Except you, Ry. You're still tiny," he teased the female Gryffindor ELIJAH YOUNG , @leo , RYKER YOUNG

Hogsmeade was the perfect place to relax. These seventh years would soon become adults and Ryker was playing with a coin that was partially floating as she bounced it up and down. She waited for her drink and was seated beside her twin brother.
"God what do we have to do to get some service in here?" she asked a bit loud. Ryker just wanted some damn service, what the hell. Ryker was a bit grumpy since she didn't sleep so well and her eyes fell on the boys for a moment.
"So we go win the cup this years aren't we?" she asked trying to pull up a subject they all love. "Maybe we should get the captain to throw a party?" maybe she was a bit too hopeful for a party.
Then a voice spoke up and Ryker looked up to who the hell could disturb this conversation. "Toby?"
He left school and it destroyed their friend circle a while ago. "Whoa.. it's never the size that counts, trust me." she winked knowing just well enough to please her girl and be fabulous.
It was finally Saturday and Leo sat relaxed as could be in a booth in the three broomsticks with his friends, enjoying some well deserved time off. Or rather, he was lounging, his long legs stretched out, his arm resting on the backrest of the seat next to him, taking the whole bench for himself. But nobody cared. He was with his twin friends, who were sitting opposite him and they had no need for another one to join their party. Absently he watched Ryker play with a coin. Her nimble fingers twirled like a butterfly and Leo was transfixed by their movements. He could watch her for hours, doing such a trivial thing.
Leo was only pulled from his observation when Ryker mentioned the house cup. "Hell yeah!" he replied enthusiastically, punching the air with his fist to make a point. "He definitely trained us hard enough to have to make up for something. My butt hasn't been the same since that training 9 days ago, I'm telling you ..."
His head swivelled around at the familiar voice. He grinned from ear to ear at the sight of their old friend. Immediately he scooted over to make room next to himself. He laughed at Toby's quibs and patted the seat next to him to make him sit down. "Well, it depends... It's not like you would know," he chimed in on Ryker's comment on size, teasing her.
"Anyway, where did you get to? It's been ages since the last time we heard anything from you! Honestly. Shame on you for leaving us hanging!" he accused Toby, giving him a friendly pat on the shoulder.
Elijah had been silent since they arrived at The Three Broomsticks, and had his eyes closed as he had his head leaned back against the booth they were seated in. The male had been listening to the faint chatter, mostly humming in agreement every one of the two had said something. Well, that was until his sister brought up the cup, making his eyes opened and he lifted his head up with a slight smirk on his face. "We'll get it this year. I feel it in my gut." he responded, knowing damn well it wasn't the only thing he felt in his gut at that current time. The male was starving since he didn't think to eat dinner or breakfast that morning knowing he'd stuff his face in the village before heading back up to the castle.
Eli eyed the coin his sister was playing with before snatching it out of the air and chuckled softly before he heard a voice he hadn't heard in years, and his eyes looked at the Tobias, frowning at first before breaking out into a grin. "Careful man, she might hit you if you're not too careful. And...she doesn't hit like a girl. Trust me." he bumped shoulders with his sister, snickering a bit.
The grin remained as he gave the coin back to his sister, and folded his hands on the table before eyeing the ex-Gryffindor. "You have a lot of explaining to do, buddy."
He had butted into their conversation but how often would he get this chance? Tobias had mixed feelings seeing his friends again. Of course he was happy but he could not help but feel jealous. When they would part later his old friends would return to the castle. And he would have to search for a dry place to sleep outside. He laughed at the comments he got back from teasing Ry. “Well I don't know, I don't have much experience will small dicks,” he grinned mostly towards the guys. Because boys will be boys and they liked showing off to each other more than they liked showing off to the ladies. “Though you'd think the Ministry has screwed me over so many times now that I won't ever have sex again,” he made a bitter joke. At this point the young wolf had lost all hope for the future. He didn't plan to live past the 25. Now he could rely on his youth to charm people.
He chuckled at Eli's warning. “From my experience girls are often the ones giving the nasty punches. They know to find the weak spots,” he said, pinching his recently healed nose. “You're a dear, little Eli, so caring for others.” He kissed the male twin on his cheek. Not caring he called Eli little while the guy was obviously taller than himself. “Ry can punch me any time. Just spare my leg, will ya? I just got it sewn back together,” he said as he lifted his pants. Showing a nasty infected wound on his calve. Obviously a self inflicted bite as the wound refused to heal and was hanging together by fishermen strings to stop the bleeding. Toby seemed to care less because this stuff was normal to him. Tomorrow evening he could get it fixed once he bought the silver and dittany.
The ex Gryffindor grinned when Leo patted his shoulder. “I knew you'd miss me, big guy,” Toby winked and pinched the guy's cheek. He shrugged at the questions thrown at him. “Living the big life. I've been everywhere,” he said vaguely. What was there to say except he dealt in illegal substances to get by.

Ryker made a face as she spotted the kiss on her brother's cheek, it was just not something she liked seeing. Then there were the replies to her comment and her red painted lips curled up in a smile. Ryker eyed Leo and gave him a simple wink in response to his joke before turning her attention to her brother.
He had a point, the guy had some explaining to do like where were the letters, the notes to let them know he was okay? Ryker snatched the coin and before she knew it spun it around again, levitating it slight from the table. It was not really hard to do and she just bounced it up and down in the air as the boys talked.
"Oh dude, what did you do? Use it for a pet's chew toy?" she asked and rose an eyebrow. "I can heal it for you you know.." she offered and cocked her head a bit. "I wouldn't punch that goofy pretty face.." she added to it with a wink and cuddled up to Elijah a bit.
"Really? Why haven't we seen your wee ass in Ireland hmm?"
It was all fun and games with his friends as always. And with Toby joining them it felt like the good old times when they had still been inseparable at Hogwarts. Leo laughed at his friends' banter, but exclaimed loudly when Toby showed his leg to them, or what was left of it. "Oi! What the hell, man?! Ryker better look at that," he agreed whole heartedly. It looked really bad and personally, Leo would trust Ryker and her charms with his life, so he would trust her with his friend's leg too. Where he had to study hard, it seemed to all come naturally to Ryker, which was probably why she was the one tutoring him, not the other way around.
Elijah made a face before he had wrapped his cheek after the kiss cause who knew where the hell Tobias Turner's lips had been. He wouldn't trust it entirely. After he had done that, he leaned back wrapping his arm over his sister's shoulder as he eyed the males leg, showing off the wound and eyed the male they hadn't seen in a while. A lot had happened in the past couple of years and he'd fill Tobias in but he wasn't in the mood to do so.
"Disgusting man." he said about the leg and sighed. "Want me to get our drinks?" he asked his friends.

Tobias grinned and scratched the back of his head, making his curls rumble. “Yeah kinda,” he replied. That was about what happened when a werewolf couldn't find people to attack. When Ry offered to heal his leg, he grabbed both of her hands and kissed them. “Yes you're the best.” He didn't even bother asking if she had ever healed werewolf wounds before. Because: did he want to know?
“Now don't be rude. I thought the same about that wart or your left butt cheek but never called you out on it,” he drama played the male twin. Of course it was all an act and he fully agreed it was gross. It was also something that couldn't be helped. The curly haired male gasped and hugged his old buddy when he offered to get them drinks. “You hear? Eli is treating us, what a blessing,” he cried in happiness.
When Eli left to get them drinks, Toby smirked to the other two. “So, how is life at the castle? Any juicy gossip? Who is shagging who? Have all three of you lost that v-card yet?” he wiggled his thick eyebrows. RYKER YOUNG, @leo, ELIJAH YOUNG,

The last thing Ryker enjoyed was the misery of her friends. Truly she knew that Tobias was screwed beyond pleasure but that didn't mean he needed to walk around like a limp. She had assumed he would have known how to take care of himself but the last thing she needed was catch fleas.
Ryker sighed as she sat up and kissed Elijah's cheek. "Something strong for me please." she asked him and moved to sit near Tobias. Ryker took her wand out and pulled up his pant leg to take care of the nasty wound.
"Lad you need some serious.. self care." she said and grabbed a jar from her backpack. She opened the lid and started applying the stuff with her hand, his leg wound healing up perfectly because well Ryker was still a geek who knew her way around magic and her brother getting his ass in trouble all the time really was a motivator to know spells and the right potions.
"There." she sighed and sat back in her seat. Ryker cleaned her hand with a wave of her wand and cocked her head. This was not the best sight of the world but now he was healthier at least.
"We were actually talking about bringing the cup home for one more time." she said and looked at Leo, bumping his shoulder.
"Oh my v-card has been gone longer than you have howled darlin.."
Leo lifted a lazy hand when Eli offered to get drinks. "Just a butterbeer for me," he said, looking forwards to the nice warm feeling the drink gave you.
It worried Leo a bit that Toby was so nonchalant about his injury, but quickly decided to think about it no further. Toby had made it this far. If he dropped by every now and then for some special treatment, it would be all fine. He watched attentively how Ryker was healing their friend. Not only because he couldn't stop from watching her, but also for academic purposes. Mostly the last, of course.
It felt like he was more sensitive than usual when Ryker bumped his shoulder. He wouldn't have felt it like this if it had been anyone else. But she could not know that. So in an attempt at stopping that fluttery feeling in his belly, he grasped the subject she brought up. "Did you see us fly that new formation? I swear, I thought I'd miss that quaffle throw for sure, but I managed. That was epic. Did you see it?" he asked her enthusiastically.
Despite trying his best not to, he could feel himself blushing like a little girl when they just had to discuss that topic again. It was as if there was nothing else to speak about! And having that brought up when Ryker was right there was just his luck. He would keep himself out of the discussion, hoping one of the guys brought up a spectacular story they could discuss at length instead. Truth be told, he had only ever had eyes for Ryker. No other girl had ever come close to what she was. So, of course he had never done anything. He did not miss it but he was extremely selfconscious about his inexperience, especially as he was teased about it quite often. The Gryffindor sank back in his seat ever so slightly.
Sure, Elijah had offered to buy people their drinks, and sure, he would add one more to the bill due to Tobias sudden appearance. He had left the table, and headed to get their drinks. He'd take his time of course cause the bartenders seemed to be very pretty that lovely day. Perhaps he should ask if he can meet one somewhere and do what he did best, but for now he needed to get back to the three at the table before he missed something important. The male had tapped his fingers while leaning against the bar, and eyed the three back at the table and sighed. He was glad to see their friend again. Really.
"Thank you, sweetheart." he said once the drinks were prepared and he returned to the table with four mugs of their finest drinks. He had placed the mugs down in front of the three of them before retaking his seat, his eyebrows raised at them. "I think he forgets we're on the team, Ry." he gave a nod at Leo and took a sip of his butterbeer with a slight smirk.
His eyes went toward the bar to stare at the blonde bartender, making him tilt his head a bit.
“I have,” the curly haired male purred when Ry pointed out he needed some selfcare. He flashed her the inside of his jacket where he had stored all kinds of tiny flasks, and bags. The containment variated from herbs, potions and powders. None of them were the healing kind. Rather the stuff that made you ‘feel good’. Some were muggle based others were stolen from potionstores.
“Wow, Ry! That looks good as new!” Tobias rubbed his leg which now only showed a scar instead of a nasty infected bite wound. “Leo, why don’t you place a little kiss on it to seal it off?” He teased the taller male be nudging him to his side.
“Oh! Quidditch!” Tobias’ face perked up. He loved Quidditch. Until he realised. “How is your new seeker doing?” Toby asked with a grin that hid his pain. Before he had to leave Tobias had been the Gryffindor seeker for 2 years. When he was young he always wanted to become a professional Quidditch player and win with his best friends. Sadly his body was now too messed up to even fly straight. Yes he was salty and jealous over it. He tried not to let it show on his face and seem supportive. “You guys will do great! I’ll rooting for you. Hey! Any chance you can sneak me in with a game? I’d love to see you play. ”
His eyebrow rose up when Ry claimed she’d lost her card before he had been howling. “Wow fuck. You were twelve?! That’s fucked up, sis.” And he thought he was early at 15. Leo was awfully quiet which made him smirk. “Ey if you need any help, big guy. I can hook you up,” he winked as he looked to the pub to check the girls. There had to be at least one that Leo could be into.
While he looked he saw Eli flirting with the lady behind the bar. So all he could do was whistle when the guy returned. “Heck yes, Eli boy you’ve still got it. Ask her out!”

Ryker had leaned back and played with her coin again, it just bounced up and down without touching the table and it spun around as well. It was her favorite way to past time whenever she wasn't in conversation. She smiled a bit at Tobias's joy for fixing his leg and she rolled her eyes at the amount of drugs he had with him.
"Well that looks very healthy." she chuckled a bit and eyed Leo before turning her attention to Elijah. Her brother had his gaze right up at the bartender there. She was a graduate like a year ago and she never heard him talk about her before.
"You into her?" she asked him, bumping his shoulder.
"Oh I saw it Leo! That formation is going to give us the win just don't drop the quaffle." she winked and put the coin in her pocket.
"Oh come on, Eli, you have to admit, that was bloodly amazing," he informed his friend when he teased him. Ry and Eli were on the same team, but it didn't hurt to draw their attention to the important things sometimes. It more than surprised him therefore when Ryker apparently had seen it after all. He felt the heat rise to his cheeks ever so slightly but smiled proudly at her enthusiasm about the play. "Don't worry. I won't drop it," he assured her. He sighed when Toby asked about their new seeker. "Don't ask. It's the best we could get this year apparently. Doesn't make it easier to win games though if you have a cross eyed seeker. Not sure you want to see that."
The Gryffindor swallowed when Toby had caught on and noticed his silence about the whole girlfriend business. "Nah, thanks," he waved the offer away with a lazy hand gesture, trying his best not to blush. "Much too busy with school and Quidditch," he said, hoping the subject would be dropped, like, right now.
