With the capture of Verandi Farley and several high-ranking Trossach members, the British wizarding world has finally caught a break. The rate of rogue werewolf attacks have started dropping at a steady rate and, hopefully, things will stay that way. The Ministry is starting to loosen some restrictions, like not arresting werewolves standing on the street for loitering, however there’s still an obvious power imbalance between wizardfolk and werewolves.
The Cotswolds pack are continuing to advocate for the rights of werewolves and petitioning to change the legislation that has been set in motion by the current Minister for Magic, whilst the remaining Trossachs members are trying to stay out of the spotlight and keep a low profile… for now.
Whilst the British wizarding world seems to have calmed down, the same cannot be said for over in Northern Europe where a rebellion of magical creatures has risen. The state of things has gotten so bad that the European Ministry has enacted protocols to protect those under eighteen whilst their adult witches and wizards fight to keep control of their countries.
Students from Durmstrang have been sent to Hogwarts to keep them safe and those not old enough to attend school have been sent to live with relatives or designated British Ministry officials outside of Europe for the time being.
Will the low rates of werewolf attacks in Britain continue? How long will Durmstrang students stay at Hogwarts? Will the creatures usurp the wizardfolk in Northern Europe? Only time will tell.
SEPTEMBER 2019 It's been a very long, eventful summer in the wizarding world. A baby was stolen, several high ranking Trossach members were imprisoned, and werewolf attacks have drastically dropped as a result. What will happen now school has returned?

Blake was sitting in a dingy pub in Knockturn Alley drinking some scotch, she didn't know what she was going to do when Bailey went back to Hogwarts to finish off his current year. The young werewolf missed her little brother a lot but she knew that he needed his education and she needed to keep working her hardest to make money. The blonde continued to sip her drink when she felt something cold hit her leg. She looked to see that someone had tripped and spilled their drink on her. "Oh my god!" Blake was shocked this was happening.
Knockturn Alley seemed like the only place werewolves could go nowadays to get supplies. In her school days Margaret used to feel uneasy even walking by the little alley that was the enterance. Back in those days Margaret was free to walk around diagon alley and buy things from the shops because she wasn't a werewolf.
Margaret knew knockturn alley was known for having unsavory folk wandering around, which was just another thing that made the ex Slytherin hate herself. It made sense that only knockturn alley would deal with werewolves but it just made Margaret feel down on herself, knowing wizards hated her kind. She was still disgusted by the letter to the editor in the December Prophet written by a Gladys Flynn. It helped that Margaret had a pack to go back to but she still had it with the Ministry and their treatment of werewolves.
Margaret continued walking around when she spotted a pub. A drink sounded like it would be good right about now. After ordering one Margie looked up when she heard someone exclaim. It looked as if somebody spilled their drink on a girl that looked about the same age as the young muggleborn wolf. Grabbing some napkins Margaret made her way over to the girl's table. She handed the napkins off so the girl could clean the spill. As Margaret looked over the girl at the table she smiled in recognition. "Hey Blake. It's been awhile. Remember me, Margaret? We were in the same house in school." Margaret hadn't seen her old school friend in quite sometime.
Blake had her drink spilled on her by a waiter who had somehow managed to lose control of the tray in his hand and the drink was now all over Blake, this was definitely going to be the highlight of her night. "I am so sorry Ms. It really was an accident" Blake simply shook her head and sighed. "It's fine, I'm fine, just go get the table more drinks, they're probably really mad right now that their drinks were spilled" the waiter nodded before taking the now empty glasses and leaving. She grabbed a napkin off the table and began to dry herself off, well that was until she heard a voice and she looked up to see her old friend from school. Blake smiled. "Hey Margaret, yeah I remember you. How've you been" Blake happily took the napkins from the other girl and gestured to the seat across from her as she dried herself off of alcohol.
