With the capture of Verandi Farley and several high-ranking Trossach members, the British wizarding world has finally caught a break. The rate of rogue werewolf attacks have started dropping at a steady rate and, hopefully, things will stay that way. The Ministry is starting to loosen some restrictions, like not arresting werewolves standing on the street for loitering, however there’s still an obvious power imbalance between wizardfolk and werewolves.
The Cotswolds pack are continuing to advocate for the rights of werewolves and petitioning to change the legislation that has been set in motion by the current Minister for Magic, whilst the remaining Trossachs members are trying to stay out of the spotlight and keep a low profile… for now.
Whilst the British wizarding world seems to have calmed down, the same cannot be said for over in Northern Europe where a rebellion of magical creatures has risen. The state of things has gotten so bad that the European Ministry has enacted protocols to protect those under eighteen whilst their adult witches and wizards fight to keep control of their countries.
Students from Durmstrang have been sent to Hogwarts to keep them safe and those not old enough to attend school have been sent to live with relatives or designated British Ministry officials outside of Europe for the time being.
Will the low rates of werewolf attacks in Britain continue? How long will Durmstrang students stay at Hogwarts? Will the creatures usurp the wizardfolk in Northern Europe? Only time will tell.
SEPTEMBER 2019 It's been a very long, eventful summer in the wizarding world. A baby was stolen, several high ranking Trossach members were imprisoned, and werewolf attacks have drastically dropped as a result. What will happen now school has returned?

HISTORY
1991 - FINALLY became chaser on the Quidditch team! Alicia showed Oliver Wood just how good she was with her aim - he called on her most often for the penalty shots!
1998 - Summoned to return to help fight at the Battle of Hogwarts, Alicia joins her fellow Dumbledore's Army comrades and assists in the eventual defeat. Unfortunately, she lost good friends including Fred Snr and Lavender Brown, now she sees the thestrals and 20 years later is still plagued with the hot, sweaty nights filled with flashbacks.
2005 - Alicia marries squib Stan Shafiq, but as the famous partner, Alicia does not take Stan's last name because she's also not owned by any man. Definitely never goes by Mrs either. HELL no.
Sept 2006 - Alicia gives birth to her beautiful baby daughter, Penelope Spinnet. Within a month, Alicia becomes pregnant with her son as the couple mistakenly believed that breast-feeding alone was a a sufficient form of contraception.
Jun 2007 - Alicia gives birth to her beautiful baby son, Zane Spinnet. She suffers from post natal depression and throws herself into her work with the Holyhead Harpies team instead of bonding with her baby.
Sept 2007 - Alicia takes a the head coach position with the Holyhead Harpies
Sept 2018 - Alicia finds evidence of Stan cheating on her with a muggle woman. The pair begin a trial separation, though remain under the same roof until the children leave for Hogwarts.
Sept 2018 - both Penelope and Zane begin their first year at Hogwarts. Alicia frets for the first three weeks but then settles into life without her babes as her schedule seems to become... quite free. She begins looking for her next challenge.
Dec 2018 - Gains the job of Flying Instructor at Hogwarts and resigns from the Holyhead Harpies.
As Grace said she wasn't wearing any pants, Aiden's brows raised and his ocean eyes looked the girl up and down for a moment. He was.... lost for words as the girl scrambled to backtrack what she had said. Luckily Sam had snatched the boy's attention in the meantime, so Aiden didn't make Grace squirm any more. "I have no interest in your business Caverly," he snapped and turned his attention back to Mr Samuels. The idea of summoning a severed head to put in Sam's bed was certainly tempting, and the Ravenclaw student made a note at the top of his notebook to look into the possibilities.
"Promise you won't scream about the spiders?" Aiden said to Grace, rubbing his temple at the idea that she would. She looked like the spider-screaming type, really. He didn't give her very long to reply though, before he cast the spell in question and a big, hairy tarantula looking spider slid out from his wand and onto the desk, a silvery thread of web lingering between it and the wood. "One spider, as ordered," Aiden watched it crawl about his desk with little regard. He couldn't wait to disappear it out of existence.
