With the capture of Verandi Farley and several high-ranking Trossach members, the British wizarding world has finally caught a break. The rate of rogue werewolf attacks have started dropping at a steady rate and, hopefully, things will stay that way. The Ministry is starting to loosen some restrictions, like not arresting werewolves standing on the street for loitering, however there’s still an obvious power imbalance between wizardfolk and werewolves.
The Cotswolds pack are continuing to advocate for the rights of werewolves and petitioning to change the legislation that has been set in motion by the current Minister for Magic, whilst the remaining Trossachs members are trying to stay out of the spotlight and keep a low profile… for now.
Whilst the British wizarding world seems to have calmed down, the same cannot be said for over in Northern Europe where a rebellion of magical creatures has risen. The state of things has gotten so bad that the European Ministry has enacted protocols to protect those under eighteen whilst their adult witches and wizards fight to keep control of their countries.
Students from Durmstrang have been sent to Hogwarts to keep them safe and those not old enough to attend school have been sent to live with relatives or designated British Ministry officials outside of Europe for the time being.
Will the low rates of werewolf attacks in Britain continue? How long will Durmstrang students stay at Hogwarts? Will the creatures usurp the wizardfolk in Northern Europe? Only time will tell.
SEPTEMBER 2019 It's been a very long, eventful summer in the wizarding world. A baby was stolen, several high ranking Trossach members were imprisoned, and werewolf attacks have drastically dropped as a result. What will happen now school has returned?
MAY 2019 An attempt to capture the beta of the Trossachs has been launched. Were the Aurors successful in their mission? Go read more here!
Aria needed to get out of her common room for the time being, because everyone were very annoying, even if the peace and quiet was rather soothing whenever she thought about it. But the witch felt like raising some hell for the time being and see if she corrupt anyone. She knew many often wondered how the hell she ended in Ravenclaw. And she knew it was because she had a brain like no other and could figure a problem out way before anyone else could.
She had thought she could go down to the second floor, and see if maybe she could find anyone who might be of use to her. As well read a series of books that were on enforcing the law. How the hell did she even find herself become an auror had been beyond her. Then again life was filled with the unexpected in her book. The witch entered the reading area and got the books out of her bag. Before she proceeded to begin to do some reading while also watching around to see if anyone was interesting enough for her even considering talking too.
The witch had resumed reading the book that was related to enforcing the law, but was soon interrupted. That was met with Aria shooting a glare in that direction as said. "Do you mind!" the witch shouted. "If you are trying to pull crazy shit, go someplace else." she said not knowing exactly what she was yelling at, but either was annoying.
Levi was a little behind when it came to school work but he knew that he needed to get caught up when it came to his schooling. If his family found out he was slacking when it came to school he'd definitely wouldn't be hearing the end of it. His brothers would tease him and he wasn't mentally prepared for that one bit. As he was doing some light reading he saw a female come to where he was at but not close enough. He paid her no mind but he heard the snickering of a happy couple and the blonde girl snapped. Literally she just snapped on them. Levi was a little stunned when it came to her having an outburst. "Whoa you seriously need to calm down, they may be snickering and what not and interrupting you but they were technically here first and if you don't like it then you can leave" Levi didn't like hearing the dramatics of females, it was unnecessary at times and this was one of those times.
Aria let out a smirk when someone had decided to defend the children who were so rudely snickering. She gave him a look, and she knew it was just common curiosity to actually be quiet in a library. "Oh I'm sorry if I angered you, but it's not fault those children just lack the ability to actually be quiet in the library." she said giving him a glare.
"Also anyone with a brain knows damn well, that it's common curiosity to be quiet in a library." she said giving an evil shrug."So how about you do yourself a favor, and shut the hell up." she said rolling her eyes. She didn't care in the slightest if she offended him. It was his own fault for defending them and letting them get away with being rude
Levi rolled his eyes as he nonchalantly flipped through a book he was reading from the table he was sitting at. "Well I never said that they weren't being loud but the fact that you practically just yelled at them in the library shows that you don't give a damn about this place either sweetheart, so why don't you do us all a favor and swallow your pride and just get on with what you came here to do" Levi spoke back to her, he didn't like being harsh to females but the fact that she was a rude person didn't make him swallow his tongue, it made his tongue begin to speak.
Levi chuckled. "That's what everyone wants you to do, those children yes were being loud but you could have easily grabbed the librarian and you didn't, so I don't want to listen to you bitch and moan about how I am not being quiet because I was until you walked in and opened your mouth" Levi retorted. Yup, his mother would kill him if she saw him right now, but he didn't like the rudeness of people like the blonde in front of him.
