With the capture of Verandi Farley and several high-ranking Trossach members, the British wizarding world has finally caught a break. The rate of rogue werewolf attacks have started dropping at a steady rate and, hopefully, things will stay that way. The Ministry is starting to loosen some restrictions, like not arresting werewolves standing on the street for loitering, however there’s still an obvious power imbalance between wizardfolk and werewolves.
The Cotswolds pack are continuing to advocate for the rights of werewolves and petitioning to change the legislation that has been set in motion by the current Minister for Magic, whilst the remaining Trossachs members are trying to stay out of the spotlight and keep a low profile… for now.
Whilst the British wizarding world seems to have calmed down, the same cannot be said for over in Northern Europe where a rebellion of magical creatures has risen. The state of things has gotten so bad that the European Ministry has enacted protocols to protect those under eighteen whilst their adult witches and wizards fight to keep control of their countries.
Students from Durmstrang have been sent to Hogwarts to keep them safe and those not old enough to attend school have been sent to live with relatives or designated British Ministry officials outside of Europe for the time being.
Will the low rates of werewolf attacks in Britain continue? How long will Durmstrang students stay at Hogwarts? Will the creatures usurp the wizardfolk in Northern Europe? Only time will tell.
SEPTEMBER 2019 It's been a very long, eventful summer in the wizarding world. A baby was stolen, several high ranking Trossach members were imprisoned, and werewolf attacks have drastically dropped as a result. What will happen now school has returned?
MAY 2019 An attempt to capture the beta of the Trossachs has been launched. Were the Aurors successful in their mission? Go read more here!

Kiernan had decided to check up on his little sister. He didn't need other sources to know his sister needed a brother and though he adored the idiot that is Finn, he did not think he was the kind of brother to punch a bully in the face. Kiernan had his big arms crossed over his chest and waited for his sister to come and talk to him.
She was fragile, more fragile than any of the boys and she needed the support. Casey was broken deep inside, they all were but she suffered the most.
It had been days after the incident on the Astronomy Tower, and her being outed to her friends and other students. The letters were replied too from everyone in her family and now her brother was there wanting her to talk to him. About what? About the fact that she decided to come out in a damn letter? A part of her was still kicking her own ass as she headed down to Hogsmeade. She had borrowed one of her brother's hoodies and was heading straight for where Kiernan wanted to meet with her. Was he going to lecture her? Was he going to be disappointed or be proud?
Once she spotted him, Casey slowed down and just walked closer to him, frowning a bit as she did so. She had no idea what to say to him. She hadn't seen him in a long time, knowing he was pretty busy with his career. Both her famous brothers were busy, and she had gotten letters from Ciar about how busy they were.

Casey looked like hell and after he heard she tried to off herself because she was gay, he didn't want to wait around. He needed to see her and tell her that everything would be okay. Most people feared him the most because the rest of his brothers are huge softies but Kiernan was here to fight for them all.
"Hey you." he said and walked over to her with a small smile on his face. She looked like hell and maybe he could help her with her crush and maybe he couldn't. But he wanted to help her nonetheless and he was here to do so.
Casey keeps telling herself not to care about what Mavican was doing with her life now. She wanted to tell herself that she no longer cares, and she was doing her best at avoiding the girl. It destroyed her to even walk away from her but she had too before she did another stupid thing. The young Ravenclaw wanted to not feel anything for this girl anymore. Maybe she was right, she wasn't worth Casey's love. And Casey wasn't going to let this girl take her happiness away. It didn't help that they were still on the same team either, and she thought about quitting.
"I've been better." she said softly, looking around the tiny village before looking at her brother. "In need of a damn break from life." she said softly, her hands going into the pocket of the sweatshirt, pulling out a chocolate bar Patrick had given her. At least people were giving her space like she asked.
