With the capture of Verandi Farley and several high-ranking Trossach members, the British wizarding world has finally caught a break. The rate of rogue werewolf attacks have started dropping at a steady rate and, hopefully, things will stay that way. The Ministry is starting to loosen some restrictions, like not arresting werewolves standing on the street for loitering, however there’s still an obvious power imbalance between wizardfolk and werewolves.
The Cotswolds pack are continuing to advocate for the rights of werewolves and petitioning to change the legislation that has been set in motion by the current Minister for Magic, whilst the remaining Trossachs members are trying to stay out of the spotlight and keep a low profile… for now.
Whilst the British wizarding world seems to have calmed down, the same cannot be said for over in Northern Europe where a rebellion of magical creatures has risen. The state of things has gotten so bad that the European Ministry has enacted protocols to protect those under eighteen whilst their adult witches and wizards fight to keep control of their countries.
Students from Durmstrang have been sent to Hogwarts to keep them safe and those not old enough to attend school have been sent to live with relatives or designated British Ministry officials outside of Europe for the time being.
Will the low rates of werewolf attacks in Britain continue? How long will Durmstrang students stay at Hogwarts? Will the creatures usurp the wizardfolk in Northern Europe? Only time will tell.
SEPTEMBER 2019 It's been a very long, eventful summer in the wizarding world. A baby was stolen, several high ranking Trossach members were imprisoned, and werewolf attacks have drastically dropped as a result. What will happen now school has returned?
MAY 2019 An attempt to capture the beta of the Trossachs has been launched. Were the Aurors successful in their mission? Go read more here!

They won a game and victories were meant to be celebrated but Kiernan was not a big fan of giant parties. Surely the fans and the rest of the team enjoy them but he did not so much. The man was quite frankly not the type to even celebrate anything other than his own success and that of his brother because he wasn't that big of an asshole to think he won this by himself.
Even though he sort of did.
Kiernan held up a glass and eyed his brother with a huge smile across his entire otherwise serious face. This was a win and they needed to keep winning to get close to being scouted for the national team and then the world cup would be theirs!
"That will teach the northern dogs not to mess with us!"
Ciar was used to the attention he was getting, and had a girl already hanging over him but for some reason even if they had won, he wasn't in a mood for a hookup. Not now. Instead he wanted to enjoy his drinks, and talk a game plan with his brother and how he planned on writing a letter to their siblings back at Hogwarts. Before he was scouted to the Ireland team, he promised he'd update his siblings and their mother on the games and he was going to through with that promise by the end of the night. For now he wanted to spend some brother time with Kiernan.
He raised his glass when his brother did, grinning from ear to ear and winked. "We're lucky to have the best damn beater on this team! Protecting our asses. Especially mine." he called over the noise, and there was a few people laughing with joy. It was a rough game, and he had so many close calls but thanks to his brother, he was protected.
He kissed the lady on his lap and made her get off before he headed toward his brother with a slight smirk. He grabbed two shots of whatever on a tray from someone walking by them, and he handed one to his brother. "To a great success!"

If Kiernan was anything it was cocky as hell and had the attitude as well as actions to back it up. Their team was doing well this season, very well in fact and not a single day was a regret, not to Kiernan. He enjoyed the thought of kicking some ass of those Northern irish dogs. The blonde male smirked as he heard his brother call out over the crowd.
"Idiot." he mumbled as he watched Ciar kiss a random woman and then come his way with shots. Kiernan gladly took one, if he had to deal with his brother and his many lady friends to come he could use all the shots in the world and then some.
"And to many more!" he then down the shot and rose his hand to the bartender for some more. This was going to be a celebration and nothing less deserving of good alcohol. Kieran rolled his eyes with a grin.
Even though Ciar loved the attention he gets from the ladies, he sometimes needed some time alone. Sure, he could use the company but he didn't feel like it that evening. He was pretty beat after a successful game, and he needed a few drinks before he were to crash and some one on one time with his favorite brother. They were a great team, and he was thankful he had someone like him defending his ass on the Quidditch pitch. Their mother would be proud to see the brother's working well together and he wondered if he should try to pull some strings to get their sister on their team whenever their Seeker decides to either retire or move up.
The male raised a hand at the bartender, wanting more shots and he eyed his brother as he was questioned on who the lady was. There was a low hum as he watched the bartender pour the shots, and he downed one. "I think her name is Olivia. Not quite sure." he said and eyed her as she went to one of his other teammates. He made a face for a moment. His loss.
"I was thinking about trying to pull some strings for Casey after she graduates."

Kiernan was a proud fighter for what he achieved and these drinks would celebrate his victories like no other. The man was surprised though at Ciar not wanting to celebrate with a woman who was really into him, for at least tonight. The male frowned for a moment when Ciar mentioned pulling strings for Casey.
"She'll kill you." he chuckled and frowned for a moment. "Honestly she doesn't like special treatment, but I suppose you can always find out when she plays and make sure the scouts are there to watch." he didn't see the harm in that.
"Even though she is only fifteen, scouts never forget a good seeker and she is a damn good seeker." he added and groaned a bit, thank god the seeker they had was not bad either.
Okay, maybe pulling some strings for his sister was something he shouldn't really do. She had told him once before that she didn't want any special treatment now that she had two brothers playing professionally. And she had threatened to kick him in the nads if he tried. And he knew damn well that their little sister had good aim when it came to ruining the weekends of her brothers. Been there, done that and Ciar sure knew that he did not want to get kicked there again. The thought of it made the male made him frown as he grabbed another shot, downing it.
"Okay, maybe a bad idea. Besides, she threatened to kick me in the goods if I tried. And she's a clever little monster, she'll know." he said and eyed as the female he was just with wander off with one of his teammates. Oh well, his loss. He sighed as he pulled a piece of paper out of his back pocket. "Casey's game schedule this year. Had mum send it to me." he said, handing the paper to his brother.

Kiernan listened to his brother and checked out the girl walking off. "Yes that might be a good idea, don't understimate women ever." he said and smirked a bit. The man took the schedule and eyed it with a frown. He adored his sister and he would love to watch her play when he can.
Kiernan nodded slowly and smiled. "We should go, she seems like she has been in a bad place lately." he said and frowned for a moment. "Do you think I should stick around? Ask her to talk to me?" he asked and eyed his brother.
Something was up and he needed to know. "She is a good player."
Ciar would never underestimate his own sister, and knew damn well that she will harm him if he tried anything to get her on a professional team after graduation. Last thing he wanted was to be accused of being an asshole, being a guy who tried to abuse his power to get something they all wanted. The thought made him sick to his stomach that people had called him a first class asshole. "Of all of us, you're the one she might talk too. Open up too." he said with a sigh, nursing the glass in his hand.
"I'm afraid she'd hurt herself if this bullying keeps happening. You know how she is, she can handle a lot but this is getting too far, and it scares me that I might wake up one day, and find out she's no longer with us." he frowned a bit and eyed his brother for a moment. "Try to talk to her. Hell, invite her to one of our games and invite a friend to come along."
