With the capture of Verandi Farley and several high-ranking Trossach members, the British wizarding world has finally caught a break. The rate of rogue werewolf attacks have started dropping at a steady rate and, hopefully, things will stay that way. The Ministry is starting to loosen some restrictions, like not arresting werewolves standing on the street for loitering, however there’s still an obvious power imbalance between wizardfolk and werewolves.
The Cotswolds pack are continuing to advocate for the rights of werewolves and petitioning to change the legislation that has been set in motion by the current Minister for Magic, whilst the remaining Trossachs members are trying to stay out of the spotlight and keep a low profile… for now.
Whilst the British wizarding world seems to have calmed down, the same cannot be said for over in Northern Europe where a rebellion of magical creatures has risen. The state of things has gotten so bad that the European Ministry has enacted protocols to protect those under eighteen whilst their adult witches and wizards fight to keep control of their countries.
Students from Durmstrang have been sent to Hogwarts to keep them safe and those not old enough to attend school have been sent to live with relatives or designated British Ministry officials outside of Europe for the time being.
Will the low rates of werewolf attacks in Britain continue? How long will Durmstrang students stay at Hogwarts? Will the creatures usurp the wizardfolk in Northern Europe? Only time will tell.
SEPTEMBER 2019 It's been a very long, eventful summer in the wizarding world. A baby was stolen, several high ranking Trossach members were imprisoned, and werewolf attacks have drastically dropped as a result. What will happen now school has returned?

HISTORY
2007 - Growing up in a cold, unwelcoming household. Her parents were both workaholics. As a result, Teresa and her young brother were raised by hired help. Teresa remembers going through a great many of them who couldn't handle her parents demands (why couldn't Teresa read at 3 years old? Why wasn't their 1 year old boy walking yet?) or the busy children they had to care for. It wasn't until when she was five years old that a young witch from the Ukraine managed to impress her parents and gain control of her and her brother. Her approach was different, calm yet stern, and Teresa and her brother responded well to that. The woman practically raised Teresa and her brother until they were both at Hogwarts, talking to them in both English and Ukrainian all the while. Both of them grew up to be bilingual.
2013 - in Teresa's third year of Hogwarts, one of her roommates who she'd had a disagreement with the night before spread a nasty rumour saying that Teresa was a dirty slag who'd kissed all the Hufflepuff boys and girls. It got to the point where everyone believed it until Teresa grabbed the girl after Transfiguration, pinned her against the wall with her arm against her neck, and held her at wand point until she confessed that she was lying. Nobody crossed her after that
2016 - Teresa was one of the students bitten in the 2016 rampage at Hogwarts during her fourth year. She thought given that it was the school's fault in the first place, they would support her through the trialing time. Instead, at the end of her fifth year she found herself thrown out and treated like a piece of trash. When she went to go home, she found the doors charmed to not let her in and her parents told her she was a disgusting abomination. She was thrown out onto the streets where she's been doing everything she can to survive every since.

Leaning up, Vi pressed another quick smooch against his cheek with a ‘mwah!’ before leaning back. “You’re so sweet you make my teeth hurt! If you were a building, you’d definitely be Honeydukes!” It was a weird compliment and she was well aware but she didn’t care because it was true. “Sooo… who was the lucky girl that got your first smoochie woochie? Or boy?” Though he insisted he was straight, it never hurt to ask just in case.
“Yeah, you, Silly Pants McGee. What if you’re the meanest student in Hogwarts? Does that mean I get to give you lots of kisses and hugs? It’s not like I’m about to go give someone like Rosa - Merlin, she’s a piece of work - smooches and cuddles,” Vi said, shuddering at the mention of Rosa’s name. In general, she tried to like most people but Rosalia was a known purist and she’d made her best friend, poor, sweet Prim, run away crying at the dance… yeah, she didn’t mesh with the girl. “A week is like… seven days and however many hours! It’s a long timey wimey time. I’ll die of boredom.” But then Angel suggested they hold a slumber party and instantly, her eyes lit up because yes. “What a fabulous idea! Okay. Okay. But only if we can have marshmallows and play, like… a game… and invite the other Ravenclaws! We could invite Victoire, and Mark, and Nico… oh, and Vanya and Cae and Alex! Maybe some other girls too.”
It was a rare occasion when Vi was lost for words, but it felt like Angel had taken them straight from her mouth and she stared at him in awe because wow. Did he really think that highly of her? She thought that he, like most people, just thought she was a weird, bothersome girl who was always all over someone. She didn’t think he viewed her like that. “I… Angel, that’s…” Not sure what to say, she hopped off the table to launch herself at him in a great big hug, her arms wrapping around his waist to squeeze him tight. “That’s the nicest thing someone’s ever said to me,” she said, murmuring the words against his chest, warmth radiating through his t-shirt.
