With the capture of Verandi Farley and several high-ranking Trossach members, the British wizarding world has finally caught a break. The rate of rogue werewolf attacks have started dropping at a steady rate and, hopefully, things will stay that way. The Ministry is starting to loosen some restrictions, like not arresting werewolves standing on the street for loitering, however there’s still an obvious power imbalance between wizardfolk and werewolves.
The Cotswolds pack are continuing to advocate for the rights of werewolves and petitioning to change the legislation that has been set in motion by the current Minister for Magic, whilst the remaining Trossachs members are trying to stay out of the spotlight and keep a low profile… for now.
Whilst the British wizarding world seems to have calmed down, the same cannot be said for over in Northern Europe where a rebellion of magical creatures has risen. The state of things has gotten so bad that the European Ministry has enacted protocols to protect those under eighteen whilst their adult witches and wizards fight to keep control of their countries.
Students from Durmstrang have been sent to Hogwarts to keep them safe and those not old enough to attend school have been sent to live with relatives or designated British Ministry officials outside of Europe for the time being.
Will the low rates of werewolf attacks in Britain continue? How long will Durmstrang students stay at Hogwarts? Will the creatures usurp the wizardfolk in Northern Europe? Only time will tell.
SEPTEMBER 2019 It's been a very long, eventful summer in the wizarding world. A baby was stolen, several high ranking Trossach members were imprisoned, and werewolf attacks have drastically dropped as a result. What will happen now school has returned?
MAY 2019 An attempt to capture the beta of the Trossachs has been launched. Were the Aurors successful in their mission? Go read more here!

Ryker was excited for her final year to be her final year. She had high hopes for herself and her brother for the future, they will go do their thing and remain together like they always have because they were twins and that is what they do. But even though they had to study and make sure they will pass, they also need to focus on winning the cup one last time.
Ryker wanted to play some one on one with her brother before official practice would be brought in order. Then everyone had to put up their best game but this was just them, her and Elijah.
"Hey handsome, I got some snacks." She held up a bag of goodies before tossing it beside him on the field.
Elijah had been sitting on the grass of the field for the past half hour, taking in the sun and chewing on a toothpick as he waited for his sister to take her sweet time to get down to the field for their daily practice. Not that he minded as he did have a rough day the day before for getting into trouble with a fellow student and wanted a few moments to be alone before he were to get a headache from his bloody sisters annoying voice. Okay, no, he didn't hate his sister. He adored her but sometimes the girl got on his nerves, and he would often pay her back.
There was a slight smirk on his face when he heard his sister, and didn't even bother to open his eyes as he continued to take in the sun. "About time you get your giant behind down here. I was getting worried Morgan wouldn't let you come play. How is the dear old girlfriend? Still her annoying old self?" he responded as he finally opened his eyes to look at his sister.
He grabbed the bag of goodies, opening it and taking out a brownie, shoving the entire thing into his mouth.

Ryker eyed her brother. Her dear twin brother who could be the biggest dick in the world but also her support and best friend. Ryker loved him but sometimes he was just a jerk for no reason like for example now.
"Dude relax I was just getting food. What got your attention?" she said and raised a brow. "Morgan is fine thank you." she hissed a bit and plopped down beside him. Something seemed to bother him.
Elijah hugged his knees for a moment as his sister seated herself beside him. It had been weeks since they returned to this place, and no one was willing to give him what he wanted. Fun. Seventh year was harder than he had thought when on the train to school. Professors were preparing them for the real world, and all he wanted was to own that motorcycle he had his eyes on at their father's garage. He didn't want to mention that their mother wasn't too happy that he had shown interest, and even told their father to get rid of thing and not let their seventeen year old son buy it when he could have a future playing Qudditch in a couple of years.
"School just blows right now is all." he said and looked ahead, squinting a bit at the bright sun. "No one wants to hangout with me. They see me as a boring guy. What happened? Do I need to grow a beard to attract the ladies?"
He moved a hand to his jaw, stroking the empty space, and chuckled softly. He had grown a little bit of a beard over the summer but shaved before he boarded the train.

They both needed to have some fun and she didn't want Elijah to feel like he was losing her because of Morgan. Her brother never lost her, no matter what happened. Eli would never lose her, she would make sure of it. The brunette decided to crawl in her brother's lap for a hug and sighed.
"Well we can always go cause some havoc? Maybe get detention but it will be fun?" she said and grinned. The girl thought about it for a moment and ran a hand through his hair. "Mmm maybe climb the castle?" she offered and took a treat from the bag, taking a bite in the cake.
Elijah had a pout on his face before his sister decided to crawl into his lap and he wrapped his arms around her waist with a small smile as she hugged him. It didn't matter what age they were at, if she wanted to crawl into his lap as if they were younger kids, he didn't mind it one bit. Hell, they had done it a lot around their friends and they weren't judged by them at all. They adored each other, and yet were each other's pains in the neck. But they were always there when they needed the other and right now he wanted to spend some time with his tiny sister.
"That sounds tempting." he gave her a smirk and poked her side with a devilish grin on his face. They used to get in a lot of trouble together and their parents said to use their last year in Hogwarts to actually learn something other than getting into trouble.

Ryker eyed the castle for a moment while she was cuddled up in the arms of her brother. Her big brother. He was five minutes older and many inches taller, he won this battle by the odds of nature. Ryker ate from the cake happily as he brother said they could do whatever they wanted. Sure they would win the cup this year, she was certain of it and the castle needed some climbing.
"Alright we fly to the side right there." she pointed at the castle. "And we can climb those walls up to the towers." she suggested. Ryker loved the danger and she wanted to see Eli beat her when it came to speed.
Elijah would do anything he wanted to make his last year of Hogwarts exciting. Sure, being told to stay out of trouble loomed in the back of his head but he didn't want to listen to that. He didn't want to be a killjoy for those around him. Have parties. Get into trouble with his sister, climb the castle as she mentioned. There was a slight smirk on his face when he followed where she pointed, and he nodded kissing her head and took a cake out of the bag. He stuffed the whole thing into his mouth.
"Sounds good." he said while chewing and smirked at her. "Let's do this, sister." he nodded at his broom next to him.

Ryker took her broom and smirked a bit. She looked at her brother who stuffed a cake into his mouth, her smirk never leaving her face. This was going to be great and she would love it even more if they didn't get caught. The brunette looked at the castle, rolled her shoulder muscles and nodded.
"Follow me, slowpoke." she teased and then sped off to the side of the castle on her broom. She loved the feeling of the wind rushing through her hair, her skin grazed by the wind because of her speed. Flying was always something she loved doing, something she was good at but she doubted that she was going to do this professionally.
Elijah had always felt free whenever he was on his broom, and whenever his sister suggested to do something remotely stupid, he'd be on his feet in a matter of seconds. This was their last year at Hogwarts, and he wasn't looking forward to graduating and never seeing this place again. This was home away from home, and he was going to miss it. He knew that he should plan a party in the next summer for graduating from Hogwarts without dying. The thought made him grin from ear to ear as he mounted his broom, following after his sister. There was a few tricks from the male.
Once he was flying beside his sister, he looked at her. "I'm going to miss this when we graduate. We're not going to be able to raise hell much after this." he called for her as he headed for the castle, chuckling a bit. He loved being up high, being able to look at things so much easier.

Ryker loved flying, she loved the thought of being free from all her worries when up in the air. She rushed to the castle and once her brother caught up she jumped down onto the side of the castle. Her broom falling down beside her. Ryker looked around with a smile on her face, the view was beautiful.
"Look at this view Eli!" she said with a smile and bumped her brother's shoulder. "Isn't it amazing?" she was going to miss this place once they were done. Sure there were times she wouldn't want to be here, but she also would miss things like these.
Elijah had caught up with his sister, jumping down and eyeing the view once he was beside her. The view was one of the bests he had seen in a long time. A smile had crept onto his face as he eyed the area below, sighing and enjoying the tiny breeze that suddenly picked up. He wasn't one to complain about the cool air - in fact, he enjoyed it. He was one of those to wear shorts in the winter cause he got hot easily with the workouts he put his body through. He wanted to be in shape.
"It's gorgeous. Why haven't we tried this before?" he asked, glancing over at his sister with a smile. "I never asked, what are your plans after Hogwarts? I know you'd probably want to stay close to Morgan..." he said and moved a bit on the castle.

"Oh big brother." she linked her arm with his as she eyed the view. What was she going to do without him? He was the main reason for her to be the way she was. Her brother made her better every single day and she would fight for a better version of herself just as much. Ryker hummed and shrugged.
"No idea, we should have done this sooner." she chuckled and sighed. His question was just, she knew it was coming. Of course she wondered what she would do with her future but she had no idea really.
"I really don't know. I mean of course I want to be close to her but I also want to see the world and not be separated from you." she was clingy but she needed her brother.
Elijah wasn't one to have many plans, but for some reason he just wanted to be away from his overbearing mother and his father. He knew those two were always bickering every time they were within five feet of each other and he wanted to take a break from them. Right now though, he wanted to spend his last few months at Hogwarts with his best friend and sister, and wanted to get to know this girl at the bar in the village. Usually he'd hop right into bed with a person without much of a question but he wanted to actually find himself a girlfriend.
Elijah kissed his sister's head and smiled softly. "Well, you know I'm not far away." he said and tucked a lock of hair behind her ear before he glanced at the view. For some reason he felt free up there, and he didn't want to get down anytime soon. "I don't know what I want to do. I just know I need to get away from dad's garage and mom's...protectiveness." \\

Even if Elijah was a bit older, he was also a lot taller and therefor always Ryker's big brother. The brunette ran a hand through her hair and smiled a bit when her brother kissed her head. The girl smiled a bit and hugged him while enjoying the view.
"Why don't the four of us just go.. see the world?" she asked and looked at him. "You'll take your girl from the village, I'll take Morgan." she said and hummed a bit.
"I don't want to go home and be with them.. I know we can do better."
