With the capture of Verandi Farley and several high-ranking Trossach members, the British wizarding world has finally caught a break. The rate of rogue werewolf attacks have started dropping at a steady rate and, hopefully, things will stay that way. The Ministry is starting to loosen some restrictions, like not arresting werewolves standing on the street for loitering, however there’s still an obvious power imbalance between wizardfolk and werewolves.
The Cotswolds pack are continuing to advocate for the rights of werewolves and petitioning to change the legislation that has been set in motion by the current Minister for Magic, whilst the remaining Trossachs members are trying to stay out of the spotlight and keep a low profile… for now.
Whilst the British wizarding world seems to have calmed down, the same cannot be said for over in Northern Europe where a rebellion of magical creatures has risen. The state of things has gotten so bad that the European Ministry has enacted protocols to protect those under eighteen whilst their adult witches and wizards fight to keep control of their countries.
Students from Durmstrang have been sent to Hogwarts to keep them safe and those not old enough to attend school have been sent to live with relatives or designated British Ministry officials outside of Europe for the time being.
Will the low rates of werewolf attacks in Britain continue? How long will Durmstrang students stay at Hogwarts? Will the creatures usurp the wizardfolk in Northern Europe? Only time will tell.
SEPTEMBER 2019 It's been a very long, eventful summer in the wizarding world. A baby was stolen, several high ranking Trossach members were imprisoned, and werewolf attacks have drastically dropped as a result. What will happen now school has returned?
MAY 2019 An attempt to capture the beta of the Trossachs has been launched. Were the Aurors successful in their mission? Go read more here!
Maybe Ezra shouldn’t mess around with any of the older students, but what fun was in that? Sure, this girl had broken his heart, and he had wanted to avoid her at all costs. But today was a brand new day, and Ezra couldn’t hold a grudge forever. In fact, he wanted to apologize for bothering her and tell her that he forgives her for being mean to him a couple of weeks before the Winter Ball. This girl was the reason he had faked sick because she didn’t want to go to the ball with him, and he was thankful it did. Even though a few of his friends, and his brother had gotten hurt, he was glad he wasn’t there. He could have made things worse.
The boy was hanging out outside the girl’s restroom waiting for the Slytherin girl to come out. He had seen her go in there ten minutes ago, and he wanted to talk to her about something. He was leaning against the wall, looking cool and gave a girl a huge smile and nod in greeting only to be looked at as if he had three heads. So rude.
It was then the door opened, and he grinned when he saw the blonde. ”Hey gorgeous.” he greeted.

Kaylie was trying to entertain herself as she wandered around the castle. There wasn't much for her to do besides exist it seemed and though she enjoyed her time alone it was also quite boring at times. The blonde ran a hand through her hair as she walked the hallways, around the east wing not even noticing she'd been wandering about the sixth floor. Her hands were in the pockets of her leather jacket and she wondered if any of her friends were about, ready to hang out.
Kaylie slipped some gum into her mouth and passed by the girl's bathroom when she realized she had enough time before class so she could take a small pee break and maybe a smoke afterwards. The girl slipped into the bathroom and once she did her business and walked out with her washed hands still a bit wet she heard a boy calling her gorgeous. Was he there all along?
"Hey kid.. what do you want?" she asked and cocked her head to the side, a bit confused as to why the kid was even talking to her or calling her gorgeous. "You know that's the girl's bathroom right?" she just wanted to make sure he knew where he was even at.
Maybe this was a huge mistake, but it was too late to back down now. As soon as she responded to him, he gave her the biggest grin and cocked his head to the side. The girl seemed to be rather confused seeing him there, but he wasn’t going to give up on this mission now. But he needed to remind her who she is, and what he wanted. It was a simple mission, but he knew damn well by the looks of it, she had no interest in him what’s so ever. So he stood there with his grin, masking the pain in his heart because this needed to be done.
”You don’t remember me do you?” he asked, sounding a bit disappointed before he had cleared his throat. ”I asked you to the ball, and you told me to...screw off….” he tried to remind her. ”I’m here to tell you that I forgive you for...that. he told her.
