With the capture of Verandi Farley and several high-ranking Trossach members, the British wizarding world has finally caught a break. The rate of rogue werewolf attacks have started dropping at a steady rate and, hopefully, things will stay that way. The Ministry is starting to loosen some restrictions, like not arresting werewolves standing on the street for loitering, however there’s still an obvious power imbalance between wizardfolk and werewolves.
The Cotswolds pack are continuing to advocate for the rights of werewolves and petitioning to change the legislation that has been set in motion by the current Minister for Magic, whilst the remaining Trossachs members are trying to stay out of the spotlight and keep a low profile… for now.
Whilst the British wizarding world seems to have calmed down, the same cannot be said for over in Northern Europe where a rebellion of magical creatures has risen. The state of things has gotten so bad that the European Ministry has enacted protocols to protect those under eighteen whilst their adult witches and wizards fight to keep control of their countries.
Students from Durmstrang have been sent to Hogwarts to keep them safe and those not old enough to attend school have been sent to live with relatives or designated British Ministry officials outside of Europe for the time being.
Will the low rates of werewolf attacks in Britain continue? How long will Durmstrang students stay at Hogwarts? Will the creatures usurp the wizardfolk in Northern Europe? Only time will tell.
SEPTEMBER 2019 It's been a very long, eventful summer in the wizarding world. A baby was stolen, several high ranking Trossach members were imprisoned, and werewolf attacks have drastically dropped as a result. What will happen now school has returned?
MAY 2019 An attempt to capture the beta of the Trossachs has been launched. Were the Aurors successful in their mission? Go read more here!
Um... yes, I tripped over his foot by accident. I really should have been watching where I went. I felt so awful. He seems nice, though. Very friendly! How are you? How was your summer break?

Huh, well, I suppose that's one way to meet someone. Are you alright? My break was fantastic! Spent it with my family-- just worked with the dragons. You?

kat4,
Yes, I'm fine! I wasn't hurt. I just felt really silly because I ended up knocking ink all over the pages of his book. Do you find it scary to work with dragons sometimes? I like magical creatures but I feel like I'd definitely be intimidated because they're so huge and loud, or so I've heard. I just spent most of my days at The Leaky with my mum, and helping dad with his plants and stuff. Arthur was out with his friends most of the time.
Well, he's physically appealing. I would assume there are worse things, but I'm more glad that you weren't hurt.
To be honest, Im cautious and maybe a bit uncertain, but I'm not fearful. I grew up around a great deal of them, and while I'm pretty good, I'm not going to be allowed near anything too closely without ample precautions. Id say I was a dragon in another life, if that wasn't utter nonsense.
Im sure that was just as fun! Im just happy spending time with my family. What kind of plants does your father have? I can only imagine!
Oh, do you like him? I can try and introduce the two of you, if you'd like? I'm not He's not my type. I like someone else
It makes me incredibly happy to hear you say that you're being safe as I'd hate for something to ever happen to you, Viktoriya. You're too good of a friend. I'm not saying that I'd want dragons to ever hurt anybody, but especially not you. What type of dragon do you think you'd be in another life?
I love spending time with my family too. Dad has lots of different plants (a lot of rare ones that he's cultivated over the years) but his favourite is the Mimbulus Mimbletonia because it's so rare. I like that one too but I really like Aconite as well because it's used in the Wolfsbane potion which is helpful for a lot of people.

Like him? No. I've never really talked to him long enough to come to that conclusion. He's just pretty. Haha. I'm up for meeting Anyone, but not simply because he is pretty. Maybe we could all hang out sometime. If he was kind to you, then I'm sure he's with meeting <3
I was certainly a Hungarian Horntail. No doubt in my mind. Theyre intelligent and untamed. I adore them <3
I've always wanted to try gardening. I probably could have, but I'm always afrAid one of the young dragons would accidentally burn it if one of them was running amuck.

He is handsome, isn't he? We're going on a run soon first thing in the morning. Maybe I could suggest that to him? I'm sure that he'd say yes. I hope He really likes Quidditch. Do you? Maybe you two could talk about that?
I love that. You'd fit a Hungarian Horntail to a T.
Maybe we could ask Professor Skarsgård if we could tend to the plants some day in one of the greenhouses? Maybe then I can show you... I have lots of plants in my dorm as well, ones that cope with the environment. Perhaps you'd like to borrow one of them one day? I'm sure you'd take excellent care of them.
