With the capture of Verandi Farley and several high-ranking Trossach members, the British wizarding world has finally caught a break. The rate of rogue werewolf attacks have started dropping at a steady rate and, hopefully, things will stay that way. The Ministry is starting to loosen some restrictions, like not arresting werewolves standing on the street for loitering, however there’s still an obvious power imbalance between wizardfolk and werewolves.
The Cotswolds pack are continuing to advocate for the rights of werewolves and petitioning to change the legislation that has been set in motion by the current Minister for Magic, whilst the remaining Trossachs members are trying to stay out of the spotlight and keep a low profile… for now.
Whilst the British wizarding world seems to have calmed down, the same cannot be said for over in Northern Europe where a rebellion of magical creatures has risen. The state of things has gotten so bad that the European Ministry has enacted protocols to protect those under eighteen whilst their adult witches and wizards fight to keep control of their countries.
Students from Durmstrang have been sent to Hogwarts to keep them safe and those not old enough to attend school have been sent to live with relatives or designated British Ministry officials outside of Europe for the time being.
Will the low rates of werewolf attacks in Britain continue? How long will Durmstrang students stay at Hogwarts? Will the creatures usurp the wizardfolk in Northern Europe? Only time will tell.

MAY 2019 An attempt to capture the beta of the Trossachs has been launched. Were the Aurors successful in their mission? Go read more here!
A lot of things were bothering Elijah at that very moment, and he had no idea how to bring up the sore subjects. Yes, his baby sister was missing. It killed him that he couldn't be out there looking for her like the Tyrell's were looking for Peter. Sometimes he wanted to give Hogwarts the finger, and go out into the forest where his sister was last seen, and look more. When Eva asked what was bothering him, Elijah froze in his tracks and looked at her with a tiny but forceful smile. Maybe being here with this girl was something he needed to get his mind of things.
"There is. Just....I want time to relax and not stress about the future. Might go camping during the summer holidays." he said softly as he put the broom away and moved to sit at the bar.
"You know, you can just jump back on that wagon. I can help." he offered.
Eva knew some subjects could be sore like the death of her own sister for example. That subject can twist her stomach into knots and her mind would go dark and deep down into the abyss of her misery. The brunette looked at the boy with a small smile of her own and just poured him something stronger. She wasn't going to tell anyone if he didn't. Besides he was of age so there was nothing to tell.
"Camping sounds fun." she hated camping, the bugs, the lack of a warm bed. Yeah camping was not for her but she wasn't going to put her opinion on Elijah who seemed to be the type to enjoy those kinds of things. She slid the glass his way when he came sitting back at the bar and looked at the bottle before putting it away.
"Help me? How?" she surely didn't believe he could do that. "You care so much.. why?" she wasn't even sure why he wanted to help a complete stranger. She didn't even remember much of him in school because she was so focused on her future.
Elijah had picked up the glass, taking a sip of it and did a sharp inhale. Now that was stronger than he had expected to try, and he didn’t even care. He wasn’t at the castle, and he didn’t have much else to do. He took a breath for a moment as he thought over ways to help this girl out because she clearly needed someone to help guide her back to her feet. ”Well, we can go to a game sometime. I mean, if you want. Maybe I can help you get you back on that broom. Do something that you used to love.”
He had offered, and he will do anything to help her. ”I care because I like you.” he said, mentally face palming. ”And I want to be a friend.”
Eva watched Elijah take a sip of the drink she poured him and smirked a bit at his expression. That was similar to her own when she was drinking her first drink. The woman had a grin on her face and took a sip of her own drink, she could use it. It was never too early for a drink when it came to Eva's mindset and she was sure of the fact that this boy just lost his way because who would help clean up a bar just to be company for her?
"Go to a game?" she asked, repeating his words in a question because she was sure the drink damaged his brain a little. The woman pursed her lips for a moment and hummed. "That sounds fun though I doubt it will get me back on the broom. I am not as good as I used to be." she said with a small sigh.
"You like me huh?" she had a playful grin on her face now. "Elijah Young likes silly old me?" she used a dramatic tone in her voice. "How amazing." she then heard him say he wanted to be a friend, the complete opposite of what he said before. "A friend hm?"
