With the capture of Verandi Farley and several high-ranking Trossach members, the British wizarding world has finally caught a break. The rate of rogue werewolf attacks have started dropping at a steady rate and, hopefully, things will stay that way. The Ministry is starting to loosen some restrictions, like not arresting werewolves standing on the street for loitering, however there’s still an obvious power imbalance between wizardfolk and werewolves.
The Cotswolds pack are continuing to advocate for the rights of werewolves and petitioning to change the legislation that has been set in motion by the current Minister for Magic, whilst the remaining Trossachs members are trying to stay out of the spotlight and keep a low profile… for now.
Whilst the British wizarding world seems to have calmed down, the same cannot be said for over in Northern Europe where a rebellion of magical creatures has risen. The state of things has gotten so bad that the European Ministry has enacted protocols to protect those under eighteen whilst their adult witches and wizards fight to keep control of their countries.
Students from Durmstrang have been sent to Hogwarts to keep them safe and those not old enough to attend school have been sent to live with relatives or designated British Ministry officials outside of Europe for the time being.
Will the low rates of werewolf attacks in Britain continue? How long will Durmstrang students stay at Hogwarts? Will the creatures usurp the wizardfolk in Northern Europe? Only time will tell.
SEPTEMBER 2019 It's been a very long, eventful summer in the wizarding world. A baby was stolen, several high ranking Trossach members were imprisoned, and werewolf attacks have drastically dropped as a result. What will happen now school has returned?

Elijah had no idea what to do if this bartender turned him down for a simple date, and he didn't want to feel that break in his chest. No, he's never been in love. He's been in flings that meant nothing, and hadn't even thought about settling down. But now that he's older, and his mother writing him to find an actual girlfriend and not be his father bothered him. He loved his father, but he didn't want to be like that man. The guy had slept around a lot, and Elijah was surprised that he didn't have many siblings running around.
The guy listened to his friend closely, and he let out a tiny sigh, giving her a nod. "I believe she was in your house. Goes by Eva by many." he said, and tried to think about her during her Hogwarts days. "Played Quidditch from what I remember. But for some reason she's not playing anymore. I don't know why but I knew she loved the game when she was in school." he said with a sigh.

I will tiptoe down that line but I will feel unstable
Scarlett was not one to know nothing about gossip, she would find out anything about anyone. The brunette eyed Elijah as he spoke and told her the girl's name. Eva.. she knew many Eva's the name was not something that was uncommon in the english lands. "Eva.. there are many of those." she said with a frown. She tried to remember recently graduated Eva's and knew an Ava.. she had a sister.
"Oh Grace? Yes she was a good player." she agreed and shrugged her shoulders. "Honestly I don't know much about her but I heard her twin sister got killed. It was all over the news." she said and slipped her hands into her pockets.
Elijah squinted his eyes for a moment as he thought about what Scarlett had said about Eva losing her sister, and he tried to think if he heard about it. Lately he had been so much into his own head he didn't pay attention to the news much. Eva Grace was the sister of Ava Grace, someone he had tried to flirt his way into the pants of. Even though he wasn't one to remember the names of his one night stands, Grace sticks out to him. Probably because of these two being sisters, and they both had a temper no one wanted to see. He can remember when Ava turned him down and punched him when he didn't want to take no for an answer. Lesson learned.
"Oh, yeah. Okay." he said as he bit the inside of his check. "You say Ava, and my thought goes right to her because I tried to get her to sleep with me once....and she kinda broke my nose when I didn't want that to be the answer." he shook his head as he looked around. Now he can be an asshole. He wonders if Eva remembered him flirting with her sister back in the day. He sure hoped not.

Scarlett wasn't friend with the two Grace girls, she didn't care for them much but from what she heard Ava's girlfriend killed herself after Ava was found dead, it was such a tragic story. Scarlett sighed and just walked with Elijah to Hogsmeade. He told her how Ava punched him in the face and Scarlett couldn't help but let out a chuckle.
"Did she now? God I would've enjoyed that show." she said with a grin and bumped his shoulder with her own a bit.
Elijah looked at his friend and let out a soft chuckle as he eyed her. He can remember the Grace sisters being tight together, and how if one gets messed with, the other will hop in and make threats. He had witnessed this ordeals while they were still at Hogwarts. If someone was harassing Ava Grace, her sister would hop right in and go all hot head on them. Lucky for Elijah, he was never one to mess with a female, and stayed cleared. Now he was starting to regret not talking to the older girl when she was at school.
"I don't think she will see me that way, Scar. To her I'm just a manchild."

Elijah was a cutie pie but honestly sometimes he needed to take a risk. The mere fact that he didn't think he could get this girl was just a lack of confidence and manhood. Scarlett almost felt like she had to help him get this girl just to prove him wrong. The brunette looked at her friend as she brought it up and he answered with the denial she expected.
Scarlett cocked her head to the side and frowned. "You are only a manchild when you act as such." she told him and shook her head. "Don't give her a reason to call you a manchild and she won't treat you as such. Maybe keep the stubble.. it looks good on you and more mature." she suggested and patted his cheek.
"Practice on me, just pretend I am the girl you want to ask out."
Elijah had raised an eyebrow at his friend when she told him to practice on her, and he had shook his head. He felt like he was going to make a fool of himself, and this idea was not a very great idea. He just knew Eva had other people she can get, other people who can take care of her better than he can. There was no way he was going to get the girl, and he didn’t believe in himself. He lacked confidence. Sure, girls had thrown themselves at him in the past, even some dudes who were curious but lately he had been in a slump.
”Scar, this is ridiculous. Like I said, I highly doubt she sees me that way.” he grumbled, rubbing his cheek where she had patted him. ”I haven’t been able to get a girl to actually date me. It’s impossible.”
Okay, he knew a lot of girls wanted to be his girlfriend.

Scarlett loved Elijah and he was her best friend but he needed confidence again. Something seemed to have eaten his confidence away and she was sure it was because of his little sister. She could only imagine the pain the family was in because of what happened to Mara. Still that didn't mean that her friend was allowed to suffer because of this all. Something needed to be done about this and Scar was going to do it.
"No you are ridiculous my friend. You don't see yourself as the handsome stud you are anymore and it's completely ridiculous." she said and reached out to style his hair a bit. "You are a handsome eighteen year old guy who has Egyptian blood running through your veins which come on is really sexy." she told him and smiled a bit. "Have you seen most of the girls in this school? Ugly whiny bitches who have the sexual quality of a pig." she shivered.
"People like us are either rare or gay, there are limited sexy straight or bi people who stand a chance and just because we have good taste doesn't mean we fail at getting what we want." she told him and smiled an angelic smile of the Devil. "Now let's get you your girl because if she is worthy of Elijah Young then she must be amazingly hot." she said and held her arm out.
A lot of things was eating Elijah Young on the inside, the guilt of not being able to be there for Mara and the fact that his mother and father were always at odds with each other. Over the past several months Elijah had lost all hope in life, and he was upset with himself for not even trying to get a girl into bed. And he had to be honest, he was getting sexually frustrated whenever he was around his dorm mates or even the women in his life. But right now he wanted to change himself, he wanted to be a better man and not some whore who sleeps around, and has many lovers a week. He wasn’t that guy anymore.
When Scarlett spoke that he didn’t see himself as the handsome stud anymore, and he had made a face when she started fixing up his hair. He had never done relationships, and he was pretty new at this whole thing of feeling something other than I need to sleep with her. He wasn’t going to argue with his best friend any longer, and had nodded as he took her arm into his, moving on.
”I don’t know how to do relationships, Scar. I might mess this up beyond repair. Should I buy flowers? Something gold, silver? I don’t know what she would want.” he said and had pouted.
