With the capture of Verandi Farley and several high-ranking Trossach members, the British wizarding world has finally caught a break. The rate of rogue werewolf attacks have started dropping at a steady rate and, hopefully, things will stay that way. The Ministry is starting to loosen some restrictions, like not arresting werewolves standing on the street for loitering, however there’s still an obvious power imbalance between wizardfolk and werewolves.
The Cotswolds pack are continuing to advocate for the rights of werewolves and petitioning to change the legislation that has been set in motion by the current Minister for Magic, whilst the remaining Trossachs members are trying to stay out of the spotlight and keep a low profile… for now.
Whilst the British wizarding world seems to have calmed down, the same cannot be said for over in Northern Europe where a rebellion of magical creatures has risen. The state of things has gotten so bad that the European Ministry has enacted protocols to protect those under eighteen whilst their adult witches and wizards fight to keep control of their countries.
Students from Durmstrang have been sent to Hogwarts to keep them safe and those not old enough to attend school have been sent to live with relatives or designated British Ministry officials outside of Europe for the time being.
Will the low rates of werewolf attacks in Britain continue? How long will Durmstrang students stay at Hogwarts? Will the creatures usurp the wizardfolk in Northern Europe? Only time will tell.
SEPTEMBER 2019 It's been a very long, eventful summer in the wizarding world. A baby was stolen, several high ranking Trossach members were imprisoned, and werewolf attacks have drastically dropped as a result. What will happen now school has returned?

* Whenever Charlie is thinking about what to draw, write or do she tends to drum with whatever is in her hand (usually a pencil.) * When nervous, Charlie paces around and zones out more often than people would like. * As mentioned above, she would often zone out when she finds a class boring or plays with whatever she has in her hands. * While under a lot of stress, you can find her stress eating her way through life.

Once upon a time on a stormy July evening, Charlotte Elizabeth was born to a teenage mother and father, one of which was a Muggle and the other wizard. With the parents of both teenagers not approving of this (the girl was 15), they placed Charlotte (Charlie) up for adoption. Baby Charlie was soon placed into her first foster home, where she remained for six months before she was moved to her second home and stayed there until she was two years of age.
During a visit from child services, Charlie was taken from the foster family due to poor conditions of the house and she was underweight for her age. They had placed her into the care of the Jones family, where she was later adopted by them when she was five years of age.
At the age of eight after finding out the truth about her birth parents, she had asked her adopted parents about them and after some research they found out that Charlie's birth parents were both killed in a fit of rage when they were seventeen years old.
From the day she had found out, she had learned to stop asking questions and remained a loyal daughter and sibling to her family. She had dealt with her own personal demons about the fact that she believed her birth parents hated her, and wanted nothing to do with her when she was born. To this day, she doesn't know that it was her grandparents who decided it was best for the child to be thrown away.
Over the years, Charlie had grown to love art and drawing - and is very good at what she does. Her sketchbooks are her everything, and she would refuse to let them go. Some say that she buries her own soul in her drawings.
Roleplay example: Being back at Hogwarts had it's fun perks, like picking up the sport she loved and practicing with the team. Especially Mavican. Yes, Mavican Jones. The one person Casey didn't expect to actually like or feel anything for but it was there, and she hated it. She was still discovering on who she was, and knew that yes, she liked girls and never told anyone. Not even her best friend or even her brothers. No one knew, and sometimes she would find herself staring at the sixth year. She was surprised she wasn't even caught with it, and if she were, she'd just brush it off and say it was nothing. Nothing was bugging her. Casey did have the habit of staring into the distance for a little while. Which had just happened when she was flying, and ended up getting smacked by the Quaffle upside the head. It had made her wipe out, and now she was heading back to the dorm, limping and refusing to go to the Hospital Wing. <p>
Why would someone toss the Quaffle at Casey? She had no idea. She was the seeker on the team, but for some reason she couldn't focus. Mavican wasn't the only distraction happening. The fact her parents had divorced over the summer was also flooding in her mind, and how her father had grunted when he packed up his bags and moved out of the house. Twenty-eight years of marriage down the loo because he wouldn't stop bullying his only daughter. <p>
A sigh had left the short haired female as she slowly made her way into the dorm, biting down onto her lip. Maybe she should have went to the Hospital Wing, but lying down in her bunk wouldn't hurt her she figured. <p>
She was embarrassed as it is. Last thing she needed was for the healer to find the bruise in a not so happy place. <p>
There was a happy groan as she took off her robes, tossing them on her trunk and ended up smacking her knee on said trunk. "OW! Son of a...."
