With the capture of Verandi Farley and several high-ranking Trossach members, the British wizarding world has finally caught a break. The rate of rogue werewolf attacks have started dropping at a steady rate and, hopefully, things will stay that way. The Ministry is starting to loosen some restrictions, like not arresting werewolves standing on the street for loitering, however there’s still an obvious power imbalance between wizardfolk and werewolves.
The Cotswolds pack are continuing to advocate for the rights of werewolves and petitioning to change the legislation that has been set in motion by the current Minister for Magic, whilst the remaining Trossachs members are trying to stay out of the spotlight and keep a low profile… for now.
Whilst the British wizarding world seems to have calmed down, the same cannot be said for over in Northern Europe where a rebellion of magical creatures has risen. The state of things has gotten so bad that the European Ministry has enacted protocols to protect those under eighteen whilst their adult witches and wizards fight to keep control of their countries.
Students from Durmstrang have been sent to Hogwarts to keep them safe and those not old enough to attend school have been sent to live with relatives or designated British Ministry officials outside of Europe for the time being.
Will the low rates of werewolf attacks in Britain continue? How long will Durmstrang students stay at Hogwarts? Will the creatures usurp the wizardfolk in Northern Europe? Only time will tell.
SEPTEMBER 2019 It's been a very long, eventful summer in the wizarding world. A baby was stolen, several high ranking Trossach members were imprisoned, and werewolf attacks have drastically dropped as a result. What will happen now school has returned?

PERSONALITY
Positive Traits: Fearless, brave, flirty, generally laid-back and easy going Negative Traits: Obnoxiously loud, cocky, reckless and tactless at times Quirks and Habits: Matheus loves himself more than anyone because who wouldn’t? He’s a sexy mofo. Naturally to draw attention to how attractive he is, he often takes every opportunity to flex or do push ups or do anything to show off his impressive physique.
Matheus’ loves having his hair played with more than anything in the world. He often plays with it a lot himself, but definitely encourages others to appreciate his curls and run their fingers through his occasionally wild locks.
Perhaps due to his generally easy-going nature, Matheus often finds himself being a ‘counsellor’ for his friends. But the thing is, he’s a really bad counsellor with awful advice even at the best of times. This hasn’t always led to positive outcomes.
Although he tried his very best to get rid of it when he was younger, Matheus does have an accent when he speaks. This is because Portuguese is his first language and although he was ashamed of it when he was a young child attending muggle primary school, he has since embraced it.

HISTORY
2000 - Matheus is born to two Brazilian parents, Josef and Luiza, who coincidentally met in Scotland at Hogwarts after Luiza transferred. Josef was in his seventh year (he had transferred to Hogwarts in his second year) and Luiza had just transferred and she was completing her fifth year when they met. They instantly bonded, and within a year of Luiza finishing Hogwarts Matheus was born. Due to her mother becoming sick, Luiza asked Josef if they could live near her in the Muggle world to take care of her, and Josef agreed however he was still going to work in the wizarding world.
2005 - Starting Muggle primary school. Matheus primarily spoke Portuguese at home occasionally mixed with English, but he quickly discovered that in the rough school he was attending that speaking another language and having such a heavy accent does not bode well. He tried his best to lose his accent as quick as he could (it didn’t really stick though), and stuck to English only when outside of his home.
2007 - The first time he rode a broom when he was 7 years old and visiting his dad’s friend’s house. He remembers falling in love with the way wind rushed through his air, goosebumps rose on his arms, the feeling of being suspended... and he also remembers falling off and breaking his arm trying to go upside down five minutes later.
2009 - Going with hardly any food for a few days when he was 9 years old. His dad had left a year ago and so mum was trying to pick up all the financial slack... but then mum lost her job because she had to stay home with his 3 year old sister, Isabel, who had a fever all day. He remembers huddling up with his brother and sister on his bed, all of their tummy's grumbling, until their grandmother (also struggling with money) discovered what had happened and splurged by buying them a pizza.
2010 - The first time he kissed a girl. He was 10 years old and was going to a Muggle primary school in the area. He had found her being yanked by her arm by her cousin. She was crying, in pain, with a nasty bruise forming. He punched her cousin square in the face, knocking him down, then took off in a run. She followed him and they spent all afternoon together, hanging out by a pond. She ended their little date with a sweet peck on the lips and then she took off giggling. They "dated" for about a week before they called it quits.
2011 - Starting Hogwarts and not quite knowing what to expect. He was elated when he was sorted into Gryffindor.
2013 - 13 year old Matheus meets a woman in her mid-20s, Penny, at The Hogs Head during a trip to Hogsmeade. She thinks he's cute and proceeds to take his virginity in a grimy room upstairs. He falls for her quickly, but she pats his cheek and tells him it was a 'one off' but she was flattered. Matheus is heartbroken for a few weeks, but quickly bounces back.
2014 - 14 year old Matheus gets drunk at a neighbourhood muggle party during the summer and snogs a guy for the very first time, Roger. After the party, he stumbled home and passed out in the shower. His mum found him and went absolutely beserk.

Greyson had just been about to reach for his wand to light his cigarette when suddenly, there was a rustling of leaves nearby. "What the fu..." Raising his head, he smirked as he saw Kaylie of all people sitting against a tree. She was someone he'd grown to consider a rare mate of his, equally as sarcastic as she was messy. She was fun to drink with too.
Lighting his cigarette, Greyson moved her to sit next to her. "Can I say you're lookin' good, Rousseau, or will that pretty little girlfriend of yours hex me?" Though they weren't friends, Alana was someone enjoyed but for entirely different reasons to Kaylie, like the fact she hooked her fangs into his neck on the regular. It was... a weird feeling, but one he'd never experienced before, but it was like an entirely different way of getting high. It was dangerous, pumped adrenaline through his blood, and knowing that one wrong move could bring him to an early demise? Shit yeah, he was into that.
